Very convenient gym. Good selection of equipment. My largest complaint is the x-fit class that runs in the special front room blasts the music so loud that I often can't even hear my own headphones.

The gym is great! Gary is great! I know that he has helped me lose alot of weight. Kudos to the great staff!

There was a time this was a nice gym but now it is over crowded and falling apart. Used the situp machine once and it snapped while I was on it... Scary Trainers take over the entire gym and put their paperwork down on machines and then get sour when you ask to use it. Other members are all pissed because the place is so crowded. Guest pass policy is out of control. People come over and over without a membership. Really glad I canceled my membership.

Been a member off and on for 2 years and recently started seeing a trainer, Jeff, who is fantastic! Highly recommended!I also use their daycare, my children are on the older side (7 and 8) but they like the staff and enjoying it there while I exercise.

The gym itself is mediocre, when I used to go they had maybe two or three squat racks. The staff, specifically Phil Gomez, are rude and unhelpful. I've been trying to cancel my account for months now and have been caught in a loop of "talk to this person" or "I'll have him call you next week", only to never get a call back. Would not recommend this place, support local business and go to Riverwest instead! I regret ever cancelling my membership there, everybody was always very helpful, especially the owner Chris.EDIT 12/21/15: Since posting this review I was reached out to by a very helpful customer service representative. All of my issues have been resolved since, and the fact that they went out of their way to help me really speaks volumes about this company! I myself may have to give them a second chance.

I joined the Xsport Express in Batavia about a month ago and I am in love! Everything is always clean the staff is friendly and nice without being salespeople trying to push the new promotion down your throat. There is enough cardio and strength training equipment to go around and have an amazing selection of both. Now that they remodeled they have enough room for everything and can meet virtually every demand for each member.THE BEST PART IT IS ONLY $9.95 A MONTH.So if you live in the Batavia area this is the gym for you.

I've been going to xsport for about 2 or 3 years. The customer service is absolutely terrible, but I don't really care that much because all I do is walk in, workout, and leave. It's convenient and works for me despite the bad service.

I have had membership to XSports since 2006. Although I am able to go to any Xsport gyms this is closer to my house. I went there before and was very disappointed. Everything about it was disappointed. From equipments to services. So I stop going there for a while. A few months ago I decided to give it a 2nd chance and found myself being even more disappointed then the 1st time. They had more broken equipments then operational. The weights looked like it was from the 70's. Their resistance weights was also out of dated and broken. It was obviously broken and they haven't even bother fixing it. Then just last week I went in there because they had a sign up saying they updated their equipments and have a new look. Well thanks god I was going there to workout because nothing was updated and it was the same disappointments. I don't think there are any hope for this gym unless they have the right management staff in there.

The gum is great and the staff is really friendly, bit if you're moving and need to quit they make you jump through hoops and mail letters to their head office because they need your signature. That's really shady because i didn't sign up at the HQ. i call bull.
