This is the best workout and boxing gym to join that caters to any skill level. I immediately cancelled my gym membership after signing up. Archetype has a convenient location, flexible time slots, and the entire team is amazing. My only regret is not finding and joining this gym sooner.

Top class facility! Friendly atmosphere, great equipment, expert coaches, good community, and looks super cool as well.If you’re in anywhere in Austin, this is the place to go to if you want to learn how to box but find traditional boxing gyms daunting. Absolutely nailed it guys 🥊💪🏼

Bought a class for my boyfriend and they put you to work! We tried the morning class which worked perfectly for our schedules. Sean and Tyson spent time showing the mechanics and technique along with some basic fundamentals. Can’t wait to come back for class!

Archetype is excellent. Tyson, Sean, Natalie and Cory are all super supportive, really hands-on and completely welcoming to people of all skillsets. I had never boxed before in my life (or done any martial arts of any sort) and they treated me like I'd been coming there the whole time. On top of that, the classes are non-stop, fun and exhausting. If its your first time and you really want a workout, come to the Saturday class. It's a little longer than the week-day classes and includes a "cool-down", which is in quotes because its just as hard if not harder than the rest of the class.

Super cool place and concept. Coaches Natalie and Tyson were not only very knowledgeable and talented when it comes to boxing, but also two of the nicest and most fun people to be around. I've had some experience with boxing and jiu jitsu gyms, but my dad was completely new to boxing. They worked with both of us and the rest of the class to make it not only fun, but a real skill building workout as well. The equipment was brand new and state of the art. I highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to learn how to box, and get a great workout in as well.

Archetype is one of the best boxing gyms I have ever been too. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, it is a wonderful atmosphere, and you will get a great workout and have fun doing it. Whether you're a seasoned boxer or this is your first class, Archetype is the best place to be.

I love coming to Archetype. The classes are fun, challenging, and totally accessible to beginners. The coaches are awesome. They're excellent communicators and do such a great job guiding you through a pretty complex sport. I love the way each class is broken out into specific focus areas (heavy bag, partner work), with each combo or drill building off the previous. Little by little you start to improve. I couldn't have known less about boxing when I started going to Archetype and now I'm obsessed.

The Archetype Boxing Club is incredible! I’m visiting from out of state and decided to try this. Btw, I have never boxed in my life before this. So you might think it would be intimidating to go as a first-timer without any boxing experience. This couldn’t be further from the truth! The environment is super welcoming, and the coaches are super friendly. At no point did it ever feel like others judged me for my lack of experience. Plus, the coaches did take the time to train me properly. By the end of our session, not only did I get a great workout, but I came out of this with some knowledge of proper boxing form. If you’re in the Austin area, CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

I was so impressed by this gym. Archetype really stands out because it offers so much and can accommodate all fitness levels. It’s fun to get a great workout and learn a new sport at the same time. I was also very impressed by their experienced coaches and organization. There were 3 coaches helping in 1 class! I had a great workout and learned so much. I was definitely challenged and realized I could do more than I thought I could. I left feeling excited about what I accomplished and that I could continue to learn so much more. Overall It’s a clean welcoming environment and I had fun!

New to town and was looking for a new gym to call home. It was really important to me that I found a place that I felt comfortable at and also got my money’s worth. As soon as I started at Archetype I was warmly welcomed by all the amazing staff. Danielle is the BEST. She is kind, professional and caring. I love all the coaches especially. Sean, Tyson and Corey are so knowledgeable and so talented at what they do. They make class hard and fun at the same time. At the end of each one I feel like I leave with a new appreciation for everything they are. I love boxing and I love this gym. Thanks Archetype Boxing Club!Do yourself a favor, SIGN UP, let’s have some fun!!
