I really didn't want to go tothe gym with the stiff covid restrictions and I did not want to try to work out wearing a mask. They're back in business and everything's rocking and rolling. They're under new management and everything seems better than it was before.Signup today and get back in shape!

Great Gym! Very spacious and the equipment is new, everything was working just fine and I was pleasantly surprised to see it has a little sauna! Love it! I loved the fact that it was not packed like other gyms!

Don't put signs up at the entrance and around the gym that masks are required if you are not going to enforce the policy. My workout ended at warm up as Austin Code Compliance walked in the door to give them a warning. I'm happy to come back without a mask when all the signs come down or with one when the policy is enforced. Either way, be honest and accountable to gym goers, especially those at risk, by allowing them to make the choice based on the policies you post. I laughed then shuttered then drove away after I saw 4+ people run out to their cars to grab masks knowing they all got through the entrance in the first place without.

Poorly cleaned gym. Old equipment throughout...would bet newest equipment is still 10yrs old (they did get rid of some of the rusty equipment during COVID). This is the classic 'you get what you pay for' situation.Plus don't expect to be able to get out when you want, rigid upon canceling.Bright side, it IS a gym. Ha

Every time I decide to use this Goldā€™s location they have some new rules that make no sense. I was informed today that we as paying gym goers are NOT allowed to have our gym bags on the gym floor with us. When I asked why, I was told because bags are tripping hazards (but me having everything that I use inside my bag all on the floor apparently isnā€™t a hazard). Mind you almost all gym goers with bags had them either right next to their feet in the area they were working in or tucked against whatever machine they were working on (all bags out of way). Iā€™m unclear if this is an ā€œall Goldā€™s Gym ruleā€ or just this location. Goldā€™s gyms are started appear like Plant Fitness gyms with all these bs nonsense ā€œrules.ā€

The gym has pleasant front desk attendants. There are plenty hand sanitizing stations everywhere. I enjoy the group exercises classes. Today I attended the Vinyasa Flow with Brenda. It was amazing! There was plenty of space to social distance during the class. I love this gym & the group exercise options available.

Great gym usually have the machine or equipment I need but can be packed sometimes (but not usually in the early morning 6am-12). Staff is friendly and so are the people that go there. Most people don't wear masks here anymore, but some people will still clean machines after using them with provided paper towels and disinfectant.

Definitely one of the better gold's gyms . No pool or basketball court but everything is in moderate to good condition and it's got good vibes from serious gym rats to your average joe sumo just catching a quick jog or stretch. All the staff are very pleasant and it's not too crazy priced at 25-35 a month depending on if u catch a promo sign up. All in all this gym has everything u need for the most part w any strength and conditioning to functional fitness and mobility type training . They also offer gold's fit (their version of crossfit, great classes) to golds burn which is high intensity interval and circuit training classes. I'm sad to be moving across town away from this gym but I definitely made some solid gains here

For a very small location in a nice area it is dirty. Nats in the locker room. the restroom facilities are disgusting the locker facilities are disgusting, and it has a stench to it. I have a full price all access membership, it allows me to go to any gold's gym Nationwide. There are some great ones this is one of the worst ones!
