I’ve been a member at Orangetheory Fitness now for about 3 months. It’s taken the guess work of going to the gym and trying to do it myself. Great workout, environment, and the staff is great as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get in a great workout in only 60 minutes.

Orangetheory TechRidge is the best workout place in Austin. Kiersten and John bring a ton of energy to their classes and you automatically get driven to push yourself.I had back issues since childhood but taking classes at OTF tech Ridge helped me get rid of chronic pain completely. I can't be happier!

Great vibes, great coaches! I've been coming here for a few years, through pregnancy and injuries, and all of the coaches are knowledgeable, give great guidance, and all of the staff are fun and high energy.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency with the desk staff especially with regard to pausing/cancelling the membership. They also don't do returns for the heart rate bands... in my case, I only wore it a few times and decided it wasn't for me. Since they wouldn't take it back, I had to just eat the cost. Just prepared to spend more money than you anticipate. The classes were good, but there are way more affordable workout options out there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the one workout I attended and was interested in testing it out for a month to see if it would be a good fit for me! However, the staff continually tried to deceive and lie to me to try to get me auto-billed for a second month even though I expressed that I was interested in testing out for one month to start.Beware of their "End of month specials" because it just means you only have 1-2 days to give your "30 day notice" until their "policies" force them to charge you for a second month. There is an online cancellation form on the Orange Theory website that tricks you into thinking that you cancelled but it actually does nothing. The front desk staff will lie to you about their "policies" and will force you to come in person to cancel and the manager (TJ) will tell you that you are cancelled and good to go with the 1 month as planned. Then, TJ calls you back the next day saying that the in person cancellation does not actually go through and everything he told you in person was not true. The workout was great but I caution anyone trying to deal with the business aspect of this business. Do not take the staffs words to be the truth.
