I have been a member at Orangetheory for over 3 years and I love it! It is the best 60 minute workout available. The unique combination on power, endurance, strength focus is incredible. You also get time on the treadmill, a water rower and the weight floor. Highly recommend to someone of any fitness level as the work is designed to challenge you no matter where you are in your journey.

Due to staff’s negligence, I was charged for one extra month of membership even if I gave them 30 day notice but still because the desk staff did not ask me to fill out the right forms , i was charged without my fault . No way to reach out to any support for Orangetheory, since no helpline number is available. Among all the studios I’ve worked out at, the staff here has been the least attentive and helpful of all. Would not recommend this particular studio at all because of desk staff, even if it has some of the great coaches.

OTF Tech Ridge is a great studio option. The instructors and staff here are all top notch and I've always felt welcome here while getting a great workout. Everyone's workout journey is different and with my crazy work schedule I ultimately needed a bit more flexibility than a studio model could offer me. However, this is a great option that I would 100% recommend if it works with your schedule.

I love the atmosphere and it takes the guesswork out of working out. I show up and execute the template, no thinking involved. Every workout is different so all of your areas are targeted with the variety. The coaches are terrific and I appreciate their energy, encouragement and motivation!

The Techridge location is a great community! I’ve been a member for over 3 years, couldn’t be happier with my journey. It’s been not only good for my physical health and well-being, it has been great for the mind.

I started Orange Theory about a year ago at a different location and just recently switched to this one after moving. In general, I love Orange Theory and have had great results since starting it. At this location everyone has been very friendly, and I continue to feel motivated and enjoy all of my classes. This location is bigger than the one I originally started at which is great. Everything is always clean, and the equipment seems to be in good condition.

Tech Ridge is not like it was with Courtney as the studio manager. I'm not going back to this location. They cannot keep coaches here.

Amazing gym !!! The well thought out workout routines under the guidance of a professional trainer are the real deal breaker. 👌 …

04/07/22 Edit: It took some back and forth for a few weeks to cancel remotely, but their team and I were able to work everything out in the end. Overall, I love working out here and have had no other issues. I understand all companies have issues, but ultimately, a good company resolves issues quickly and on the first contact by customers. I hope this is a process they'll look into making a little easier moving forward. "Loyalty = Ease of Use" in todays world.Original Review:They will ghost you if you want to cancel. Called and texted Joseph multiple times with no resolution. I contacted this location to cancel my membership and I was supposed to be getting a call back from a manager, but never did. I had COVID and couldn't go in-person to cancel at the time (why are there no electronic cancellation options?). He finally said we could do it via DocuSign, but couldn’t figure out how to do it and needed to contact a manager. Well, it’s been weeks and my account was charged for ANOTHER month. No DocuSign or refund in sight. Not even a call back. HORRIBLE. I don’t have time for this.

I thought long and hard about posting this but I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. I seem to have the same issues as the other reviews with my account. I signed up for unlimited membership in March and went almost everyday. I travel for work and I had to cancel it in April. I was informed that due to how their billing cycle works I would have to pay the next month and then I would be good to go. The employee told me to fill out the cancelation form and I did. I was then charged for June and when I called to say I canceled the person on the phone said they never got the cancelation form so I will have to be charged. I kept calling and asked to speak to a manager who never called me back. It took me days just to get someone to answer. i can’t believe that I have to pay for something because they made a mistake and lost my paperwork. Clearly they care more about money than people. I have loved all of the studios I have been to but this one has been the worst experience I have ever had. The coaches were great but the front desk lacks the customer service I expect from OTF. I wish there was a corporate number for OTF for customer support but unfortunately you have to go through the studios. I’m not sure how the other studios in the area operate but I would make sure you document everything so you’re not overcharged. It really bothers me that they have done this to multiple people when they quit. I hate to say this but go to another gym before going to this one.
