The instructors are horrible if you aren’t “fit.” They offer no alternatives to moves/exercises deeming the classes useless. When I raised concerns regarding this, I was told to try another instructor in which I did and experienced the same results. I requested cancellation of my contract and was told I wouldn’t be billed as I was within my 30day free trial. I, completed paperwork and was told a manager would follow up with me yet no one did and they billed me $180. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for this company deceptive practices! Clearly they only exist to get signups to take peoples money via auto draft and then make it difficult to cancel.I do not recommend this Orangetheory location.

I love this studio’s commitment to keeping people safe during the pandemic. They have a strict mask policy and they work hard to keep the studio clean and safe. The coaches are top notch as well!

My membership started in May of 2020 and I just cancelled in May 2021 due to relocating and finding a new gym in my new city. The workouts do work, if you go consistently and push yourself you will see results. However the price of the unlimited membership is on the high side, if you wish to participate in some of OTF “challenges” you have to pay an additional cost for t-shirts, socks etc once you have finished your challenge. Considering the cost of your monthly payment, the few challenges there are in a year, and the fact that not all members participate in these challenges, I do not see how OTF budget cannot afford to provide the members whom participate the t-shirts etc. instead of adding this additional cost. Lastly, I cancelled my membership in May 2021 and in error was charged in June 2021, when I called and informed the staff that a man had confirmed my cancellation and I should not have been charged for June, the employee “matter of factly” argued semantics, that there was no males working the day I claim to have received this confirmation from a male – when I received a call back the same employee confirmed she was incorrect I had spoken to a male and I was charged in error and was assured this would be taken care of. July ‘21 I am charged yet again and still no refund for June. I called was informed the July would be refunded, it was a pending transaction so it was able to be cancelled the next day. I called again and informed the manager Courtney that July had been cancelled but I still had yet to receive my June refund. Once again with the “matter of fact” attitude, the manager sent me a screen shot of the two charges showing in their system had been refunded, I assured her the June had not been in refunded in my account. She “stood her ground” and stated their system shows it had. Instead of utilizing customer service and problem solving skills the staff takes the position that they are correct and the consumer is not, what does this solve? The correct way to have handled the situation was ask probing questions and work with the consumer from a neutral position. “Here is the last 4 numbers of the card or account the refund was sent to, here is the date I have, can you take a look into your account and see if there is any deposits, etc.” I asked her to escalate to her accounting because there was no refund. “Miraculously” the refund showed up in my account a couple of days after this manager call, 2 months after the initial charge and with no follow up call back from the manager. My advice to this establishment work on your customer service skills, open your mind to the possibility that you may be incorrect and your consumers are savvier than you treat them.

EDIT: the studio manager, Courtney, responded to this review promptly and offered the refund as well as let me discontinue my membership without additional charges and waived the 30 day notice for cancellation. Thank you Courtney for making this right! The coaches and workouts are great, but the office staff is unprofessional and uncommunicative. I’ve been trying to get a refund for extra charges on my account since July 22nd and I have never received a call back or an email reply on my 4 attempts to contact them about it. I’m filing a charge back with my bank since there seems to be no office staff willing to reply to help me.I recommend vetting the other OTF locations before committing to this one.

I usually don't leave reviews but the business practices at this location is horrible. I ended up having to cancel my membership in March and was told by the front desk that due to their billing cycle I would be charged for April, okay no problem. May comes and I am charged again for a membership that I canceled in person in March. I have been contacting the Tech Ridge staff since May and have been getting the same lie that they will be processing my refund and it is now July and I have yet to receive my money back. I will never go back to OTF and will never recommend to family, friends and co-workers.

This place rocks! If your look for support, encouragement and an “ ALL OUT” work out- this is your spot! The staff are a great group of dedicated individuals that care about your progress! If you have not tried Orange Theory then get on it!

If you're paying for a gym membership you never use and need a way to make fitness a part of your lifestyle and not just a short phase, orangetheory is absolutely worth it. The workout one part of the equation but the second part is wanting to show up. And showing up is easy at this location because it has the best culture, the best coaches, and the best front desk staff.

I went to my free class today and loved it. I did OTF a few years ago in Arizona and did not feel the same 1-1 feel with the coaches. I'm pregnant in my 2nd trimester and the instructor Eric let me know adjustments and at the end of class went over my results and areas I should stay in for my pregnancy! It was a great experience and I go back Friday to sign up for a membership :)

I’ve been to many OT studios and Tech Ridge has the BEST coaches around! They are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and really care about each and every member. This studio feels like home and the staff and members are like family (I never thought I’d say that about a gym)! I love the workouts but the staff are what really make our studio special.
