I’M OBSESSED WITH ORANGETHEORY! It’s the best workout I’ve ever had and I’m in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE! I especially love this location because the coaches, staff, and members are so FRIENDLY and MOTIVATING that you’ll keep coming back for more!!!

Love OTF. Great workout, great coaches, super friendly staff. This location hasn't gotten too crowded yet. Some of the others I've been to book up weeks in advance.

The fitness class itself was good, but the staff at the front desk completely misinformed me about the cancellation policy and the return policy for the heart rate monitor. Would highly recommend a different studio, where the staff actually knows how to interact with customers.

*High energy *Challenging for all types of people *Motivational coaches and TV monitors - Hearing "Remember why you came in here today" when you want to stop sprinting keeps me motivated. *Results *Addictive- I have NEVER ever liked going to the gym until I started at OTF. I work out 4-5 days a week now.

Great workouts and even better coaches! Coach Chandler makes you smile with his sweet dance moves throughout class, Coach Lin has the best music, Coach Eric makes you push your limits, and Coach Lauren is a great motivator!

I have been able to compare several OT locations and that made me realize that Techridge has by far the BEST EQUIPMENT in terms or quality, maintenance and technology.Classes here are not supper crowded, which means coaches are really supervising and correcting your posture.Convenient location, relaxed atmosphere with a strong sense of community.

Wow! What an amazing work out!!! Lauren is awesome, she has a lot of energy and is very encouraging, she is born to do this. I felt very comfortable during our first work out session. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Jessica took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel pressured to join. Well yesterday was a milestone for me it marks 2 years of working out at #OTF I started out weighing 205 with a body fat of 28.9% and today i am 180 with a body fat of 21.3% ... I crushed the 200M row with a time on 31.4 sec...If this 51 year old can this since I've never really worked out before.... pretty much everyone can do do the workout and the coaches are great and gives you modifications as needed

OTF Rocks, I have improved my running enormously!! All you have to do is show up and the workout is planned out for you! The coaches are awesome and the staff amazing. If you are seriously looking for a good workout come try out a class.
