Highly recommend this place for many reasons!1. Professional and welcoming staff, very friendly may I add. And this includes the coaches as well!2. 60 min workouts which will have you feeling energized for the rest of your day (regardless of how hard you worked out during class leaving you in a wreck 😅)3. Everyday is a different workout and all of them cover your cardio, strength and endurance which is a major plus!!I could go on but I think I covered the most important:) very happy with my decision to become a member at OTF 🤩

Orangetheory Fitness Avery Ranch has done an exceptional job at maintain CDC guidelines for facial coverings and social distancing during their workouts. They haven't had any issue with COVID cases recently which makes immunocompromised customers like me feel so much safer and happier getting back into the studio. I'm really grateful for how diligently the staff has been working to keep it clean and sanitary.

Big fan of Orangetheory Fitness, especially the Avery Ranch location. This is my "home" gym, and has a community feel to it. I have been to several other locations and they seem to fit that mold as well just judging by the conversations between members that I overheard while waiting for class to start. With any kind of life changing habit, you will need to give this more than just a workout or two before you form an opinion. I struggled for the first 6 or 8 workouts, and now it is addicting. I started out with an 8 class per month membership and have since changed to unlimited. I routinely find myself logging 20 classes in a month. I love the workouts. They are varied and challenging. You will get out of it what you put in to it. The coaches are there to help, and will truly go out of their way to help you achieve your goals.Speaking of coaches, they are all wonderful. Upbeat, friendly, knowledgable. Each has their own taste in music for the class, but seem to be open to suggestions. The staff at Avery is great as well. They will greet you by name after they have seen you more than once! All of my experiences with the staff and management have been great. Highly recommend giving this location of Orangetheory a chance if you are looking to be more fit.

1. Management needs to spend some money from membership fees on the following - Hire good employees, Train employees, Update software, Customer service, Equipment maintainance.2. Frontdesk and manager will guarantee they fixed an issue but NO way. You need to go in person multiple times. Emails and calls are joke.3. Heart rate monitors dont work properly, you are better off getting your own since they cant help in anyway. Many folks use their heart rate monitors.4. Last, I wanted to increase my $99 membership to $159 to focus on health, they charged me more, refunded, cancelled my membership, charged me again - all these kept adding unnecessary pressure. Hope they will stop keep charging me.I quit orange theory and actually lost weight and reduced pressure and being healthy now.

Coaching and staff are awesome! Always a great workout and love meeting and all the new people and see the same familiar faces. Everyone should try it at least once!

Don’t try to cancel for major health issues. You will be hounded, called, emailed, multiple times daily, to the level of harassment, all for one month’s membership fee that you couldn’t afford due to medical expenses. Even if you contact them and explain the situation, and they assure you your account will be taken care of, you will still receive daily harassing emails and attempts to charge your credit card. I’ve had several managers involved assuring me they will assist me, reducing the insult to injury I continue to receive, and yet they continue to harass me for one month’s membership fee.

avoid this Fitness center...My wife signed up here but she canceled her membership within first month due to relocation. They mentioned that the complete membership amount will be refunded if she attend 12 classes and she finished her 12 classes before cancel the membership. Now, they are claiming that she attended only 11 classes and they are not ready to give the refund back. She didn't checkin in their APP for the last class but she signed on the register before she took the class. They don't want to refer to that attendee sheet and just claiming that they don't see the check-in their APP so that she is not eligible for the refund.Seriously..If you don't care about your attendee sheet, then don't keep that one for check-in.

Great orange theory location. Love the coaches and staff. Really like the workout style - you wear a heart beat monitor so you're only competing with yourself. They have tons of class options so it's very easy to get in. Great place!!!

It's always different and challenging. I absolutely love my studio and the coaches. I've tried every diet and gym and nothing has ever stuck with me. I've been a member of OTF for almost a year and I still go 5 times a week. I'm in the best shape of my life and I am seeing muscle definition I never knew I had. I owe that to OTF and my COACHES!
