Given an option, I’d give zero stars for not only this branch but for OTF in general. I had a really bad experience and encountered some really marketing and money minded people here. When I had made up my mind to cancel my “premier membership” a month back, they talked me out of cancelling and had me freeze the account instead, for a couple of months. Neither did they mention about the account freezing fee (so called fee to keep my membership plan active) nor did they inform me about an additional month’s fee if I wish to cancel after the two month freeze period. When I confronted them for covering up the additional costs, they used the golden words “it’s on the contract”. Please, it wouldn’t take 10 seconds to remind people or give them the information they need before signing any document. I ended up paying both the account freezing fee and cancellation fee.I’ll never recommend OTF to anyone.

Highly recommend. I love, love, love OTF-Avery Ranch. I am starting my 5th year as a member. The workouts are always challenging and I always feel better after finishing a workout. Being over 50, I appreciate that you can work at your own pace without judgment. Coaches will show modifications to exercise to accommodate varying fitness levels. Speaking of coaches, they are fantastic. Keep you motivated while explaining workouts etc ..all with great music. And the studio front office staff are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming and helpful with questions etc. and I have met many wonderful people along the way. I consider my OTF community my fitness family. Kind of like Cheers - where everybody knows you name and they are glad you came.

One of the BEST studios in the area. Really helped me get back into shape after a long rut. Great staff and culture.

The staff and coaches are friendly, professional and helpful, taking their time to correct bad form and guide beginners thru the exercises. With that said you do need to take charge of your own health, motivation and do some reading on how to run, row and basic lifts. “Wing it” as you go and learnAlso Guin is awesome. Give Guin a raise

Honestly there is no negative stars that's why ended up selecting the least possible.1. Pretty bad studio and greedy manager Jamie. Don't fall in to the trap of 1 free class Indeed if you are going for free class please do STOP there. Studio manager/Asst Manger pester you with all creepy marketing skills untill you sign. Then they show their colors.2. They say one thing while talking and texing and fill something in their docusign documents. When there are tens of pages not many review all pages, that's where they take advantage by showing their witty tactics.3. This studio is big NO-NO-NO guys. Please do understand the pain.4. Again Again, don't fall in to trap of free class and sign-up. Once you give the card, you are completely surrendered, That's it folks big no-no. Show your finger after first call and let them go hell.

Rating are purely driven by their communication. This review is to make new signer aware their policy around completing the forms and session with coach before starting first class. I referred my wife for initial class, I had phone conversation with staff and completed the initial formality and all set for the class. Agreement was to reach 15-20 min before the class. We did reach but coach was not able to take us in as requirements was to be there 30 min before. We lost an hour because of their staffs miss communication. More over its tough to get started on exercise journey and incident like this are road blockers. My recommendation is to visit them at least once before the actual class to avoid have surprises. This is my first month here and overall their class seems to be just right to get started. I will update review based on how the rest of the year goes..Update 24th Oct2021: enjoying the classes.. most important thing that it does is to get you in rhythm. Fix the days in advance and commit to it. Rest all will fall it in place. Today I upgraded to their premium to go 3 times a week instead of 2 earlier. As part of registration got my app worked and noticed many late cancelation marked which I never enrolled. Again seems to be communication break down. Later noticed multiple extra charges on my account that resulted from late cancelations. N.B. Have your app setup from day one and keep an eye on any extra charges.Keeping the rating as two for continuous communication breakdown.

I am busy with kids and work, so I don’t have time to research and plan an exercise routine. With OrangeTheory, I don’t have to think. I show up, the coach tells me what to do, and I get a great workout. In early 2020 I gained the COVID 19, and after 4 months of OrangeTheory I was back at my target weight and building lean muscle. It works.

Jenni was the coach. Great instructions and amazing music. I’m hardly ever up here, so it was good to stop in and see new things. Front desk folk were super friendly too.

Non transparent policies rude Manger/Staff . Once you give your card, you are stuck. I would rather prefer F45 which has nice pause policy and they are very considerate.Especially the Avery ranch location is marketing and very trouble making. More than getting anything additional to your health, you get mental trauma going through the Manager Jamie and other front desk staff behavior. Big NO NO to this studio.

I started going to Orangetheory, 1 month ago. I like it. However Coach Jeni in Avery Ranch, stops the 1 hr class in 47 minutes, that is not fair. I would like someone to tell Coach Jeni, class needs to end after 55 minutes , 5 minutes of sterching .
