I am about to do my 3 dri-tri with OTF. I feel like a champion! I have been there for almost 3 years and without additional training I have run 2 half marathons, a 10k, the Austin 10/20 and can workout 7 days a week. I'm 45 btw - and in the best shape of my life! If you are looking for a challenging workout -give it a try!

Orange Theory Avery Ranch is awesome! The coaches motivate me every day to push myself harder and to try new exercises. I have been a member for 3 months, and I am addicted!

Great place to work out, the hour goes by fast. When you go you know that in just one hour you got a total body workout. I like that you can go at your own pace and the instructor gives you modified exercises specially for me that have problems with my lower back.

They are organized, personable, and flexible and coaches are so phenomenal, its like working out with a personal trainer daily .Avery Ranch studio is spacious, especially the weight room , Compared to other locations.Group workouts keep me motivated , I have been a member since its opening in 2015.

I love the workout and how it mixes cardiovascular and weights. The atmosphere is great and the leaders/coaches are very attentive to everyone. The best part for me is how it keeps me engaged the whole workout. There's constantly a goal to strive for and really keeps it from getting monotonous. Love the energy, love the passion, love the community atmosphere.

We love this place so much more than the gym we were members of before. Knowing that we have paid for the class (motivation), wonderfully friendly staff and coaches, good class times, all make it easy to go and look forward to going. Husband has lost more weight doing a few months of these classes than a year at our old gym.

The workout is fast, upbeat and motivating. My first class was a struggle but the coach, music and other members really helped me push through. Everyone is so welcoming and excited to see you. It’s a great environment and I am excited to start the journey with Orangetheory Fitness!

I did not know what to expect when I first attending this class I heard about it from my wife. I have always wanted to find a class that provided a great work out structure. This was my first time to work out in a long time and I found the class not only capable of completing but helped me push my boundaries to the end !

Overall OTF concept of group workouts is GREAT!. This location has some of the best coaches to lead the classes who make you burn aaaa lot of calories while having some fun.

This is the best workout that I've been done! You do all that you need in 1 hour... weights and cardio. The team is amazing and coaches very helpful and keep pushing us... Definitely this is the best gym on US!
