Very nice gym. I hate they close at 10pm. The only Planet Fitness in the area that's open 24hrs is not good at all. Please change your hours. This gym is very nice.

If you travel as much as I do, planet fitness is a great membership to have. They have over 2400 locations nationwide compared to 24-hour fitness, which only has 280 nationwide and planet fitness is half the price.

I’m disabled and not able to just show up to talk about what they have to offer. There is absolutely no customer service to answer specific questions. Called 3 different times over a 3 day period. 1st day 45 mins hold. 2nd day 50 min hold. Today, day 3, 1 hour 20 min hold. No answer in 3 days. If customer service is this bad for calling… I can’t imagine how bad it is lacking live in house.

I joined this gym a month ago. Great facility, frie sly staff, and not very busy most of the day. The app shows how busy the gym is too. Great tvs, free wifi and tons of equipment . Showers and changing facilities too. Classes are included in the price and it's just $10 plus taxes and $59 enrollment fee later

I would give a higher score if they repaired their equipment. They used to be more punctual about it. The value is there if everything is working. They expanded their operational hours. Associates there are 5/5. It can be busy there just like anywhere else at certain hours of the week. The crowd meter on their app is inaccurate. I would love to see more smith machines or offer free-weight squat racks and less cardio machines

I enjoy the total body enhancement. Not sure it helps as a workout, but it is relaxing and puts me in a good mood. Gym is nice and clean.
