Great place to work out! Staff very friendly and gym is very clean!

Great gym super clean. I signed up last week and Steven at the front explained all the machines and exercise for me. He really made me feel comfortable.

Great beginner gym at a decent price, safe friendly staff, very clean space and convenient with expanded hours. Perfect for what I need right now just getting back into working out and being busy at same time.

MY MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR ENDED, EVEN THOUGH AUTO RENEWAL WAS NOT ENABLED, STILL THEY CONVERTED MY MEMBERSHIP TO MONTHLY BASIS AND REFUSED TO REFUND.I joined Plant fitness a year with black card membership. I made a call to customer service to know the process on how to cancel/not renew my membership. The guy told me that I don’t need to take any action to cancel after the contract ends. But yesterday, a new annul few was charged from my bank and converted my membership ship to monthly basis.When auto renewal is not enabled, how you guys can make a decision on my behalf .I called for refund next day annual fee charge incurred, they said it’s non refundable charge.

Great gym! Friendly, helpful awesome staff! Clean as can be! Large variety of equipment. Very happy to have joined. No complaints.

This was my neighborhood PF but I just recently moved further north and I still come to this location. A) this location has the best lighting out of all the PF locations in Austin B) it’s bigger and the equipment is more spaced out C) the people that work there are absolute sweethearts! Steven and Eduardo are real gems. Steven always made me feel safe whenever I was there at night and would offer to walk me to my car. And he’s just super supportive of my fitness goals! I’m always pumped after a pep talk with him at the front desk before I go hit legs or cardio. Whenever I had concerns, Eduardo (one of the managers) would address it right away. Like right there and then. I think this is really important for a fitness club and these gentlemen are a true example of being frontliners for safety, inclusivity and a positive environment. Honorable mention also to Laura who checked on me every single day I would come in to the gym and run to the bathroom first to cry. The gym has been my release amidst a really hard grieving process after the passing of my father. And my general everyday struggles with work and life. It’s always nice to be at a gym where people see you as human. Laura has a great deal of empathy and I won’t forget that. As someone that hits gym 5-6x a week and spends a significant amount of her free time there, this location hits the mark for the best people and the best vibe.

Not sure why I never wrote a review since I've been going to this gym since it opened, but here we are! I love this gym, the people who work and inspire me to keep coming back and I love how convenient it is to my home. Gotta post my last long elliptical run. :) Get it!

I have been going to this gym for 3 years and other planet fitness around round rock/pflugerville. Its Always clean and friendly staff.

There are only 5 smith machines, and a lot more people want to use them at any given time. They need to get rid of some treadmills and replace them with smith machines..Also, often times people just sit or lay on the benches for the smith machines while being on their phones, so that doesn't help with the issue either...

I only wished it was a 24hr location on the weekends because this gym is amazing! The equipment is state of the art, the stretch areas are spacious and staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great workout and hope it becomes a 24hour location soon.
