Chris and Raquel were very rude when I asked to use massage chairs. Water machines always hot. Workout machines are always broken at this location. Definitely going to cancel my membership.

The unit on Anderson Lane is very clean and the staff is super friendly. They have a word of encouragement every morning when I walk in. Bathrooms are also clean and even though there are no free weights, I would still recommend it.

I have traveled and utilized planet fitness locations all over the country. I have been using this location for almost a year now and there's a reason! Today a member of this PF (who I see here almost everyday) his name is Lou, recognized the changes I've made in myself since I first started coming in. Man, that compliment was the best pre workout lol. He's always here, working hard! This is one of cleanest locations, there's plenty of space and machines and their staff is always wonderful but Lou absolutely made my day! thanks PF!

Who ever is leaving these 5 stars are probably employees. Good thing about this AC being broken is there is less people but bad thing is I just feel like there's more germs breeding and it's smelling awful in there.

AC is still out been coming for about 2 months already, restrooms are dirty, when speaking to an employee they just shrugged and brushed me off. Didn't want to write everything that I seen wrong with the facility. This gym could use some qork and employee trainings

I avoid this location. The A/C does not work, and has not for at least several months. I checked the thermostat today to see it was at 82 degrees. Also, it’s unsanitary/dangerous to not have A/C in a gym when it’s 110 outside.The response from PF on Google reviews can’t be “The club manager is going to be the best point of contact to further address this and provide members with more information.”I’ve already spoken to the front desk manager weeks ago, nothing has been resolved.
