I would love to give this store four or five stars but every time I go to work out, it is consistently colder. Today I had to wear two shirts and a jacket and was still cold. I'm not sure who sets the temperature or pays the bill but save your money on the air conditioning -- Won't be back anytime soon!

The staff is helpful and very friendly. The facility is never too crowded to where you have to wait on a machine. And all the equipment helps beginners easily(and discreetly) learn how to use it. AND I get to bring a guest at no cost! I recommend to all my friends to join!

Was going to originally give a bad review based on my experience with Taylor and her lack of knowledge on resolving an issue created via the membership portal online and company policies, then . . . Louis was able to help take care of the issue , resolve the issue, explain and help guide us threw the problem that was created via the automated web process. Managers and support like Louis is 5* thank you!

Avery my trainer at the Surprise location is doing an amazing job in helping me get back into shape! I’ve been out of the gym now for almost a year and it’s crazy how quickly my 73 year old body gets out of shape. Avery has shown me how to exercise correctly and I am so very very glad that Planet Fitness is offering this trainer at no additional charge! Got the free day pass online to try it out. Drove there. Was told they aren't honoring them "due to COVID." 1) What's COVID got to do with it? The gym is operating 🙄 2) If that's the case, the gym shouldn't even have an option to get one. I was sent the email with the barcode and a list of rules...none of which stated "Oh, here's your pass, but you can't use it until COVID is over...which will be never." Do better Planet Fitness.

The staff is friendly and welcoming at check in. The gym and rest rooms are always clean. The cardio equipment is spaced apart nicely and the gym has good energy.
