Clean facility. Equipment is in good shape and there is plenty to do. Black card is a great way to go and bring a friend.

Though the facility is clean, maintained well and ALL the other employees are absolutely nice, the evening "manager" DESPERATELY needs to either find employment elsewhere or be re-trained under strict supervision. She's VERY immature, extremely rude, argumentative, harassing. and worse off all a flat out liar. Found out at another facility she's NOT even the "manager" she claims to be, maybe an assistant manager or trainer?? Either way it's very obvious she's on a power trip and possibly sour I had a part in her getting in trouble previously for the EXACT same issues she's giving me now once again. At least this time she didn't follow me outside the doors to escalate a not so serious issue.I've been to several locations in & out of state with absolutely no issues but this PF female employee is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Because of her lack of honesty and self control we're being forced to go to a further location to workout & be treated kindly. Shame on her 😕The last incident occurred the evening of May 10th 2022UPDATE:May 24th 2022Tried to visit again since this is the closest Planet Fitness to me and I really didn't want to drive 20+ minutes to another facility. I've been a Black Card Member for several years yet I was told I'm now BANNED from using the facilities. Yes BANNED. Who gets "banned" for not wanting to disclose their minor child's personal information? Apparently I do. I thought if I didn't take my child to use the guest pass the evening female manager wouldn't have any ground to further harass me but boy was I wrong. I'm so glad we caught it on video

Very friendly team here that takes the time to get to know their members . Also the cleanest fitness center I have been to in my travels .

The business is always clean and the employees are friendly. The equipment works, and if you need any help the employees aren’t far away and are willing to help.

I've been coming here for over two years. Everyone is so nice and helpful. This place is super clean. I also love the no judgement, easy to workout and they explain the machines.

Today I went In to get a membership. Took a tour. The place was extremely clean and organized. And I like that they don't have free weights that cater to meat head body builders. The hydro massage beds are awesome too.

Laurie DecaturThe facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have been working with their trainer “Hunter” at the Surprise, Az Bell Rd location. She is very knowledgeable and works with you to find the fitness program designed specifically for you. I have several medical issues and have shared with my Dr’s the fitness program Hunter has me doing. They have all given her a thumbs up. They have seen such an improvement overall in me. This location is the reason I’m canceling my membership. The manager was very rude, unprofessional and out right unpleasant. The circuit room is a constant issue because of rude members. And the rest of the staff is awkward and unfriendly. They are not welcoming at all. I would recommend any other location than this one, the gym goers and staff combined have made my decision easy. This gym is not for me.
