Anthony was very patient with me, and took the time to show me in detail how to use the app to edit my payment information. I really appreciate this because I'm not good with technology. Very good job young man.

I’ve used this facility roughly 3 times per week over past year. PF provides all the equipment you need to accomplish your fitness goals. Clean environment and great value.

I love this location. It’s bigger and they have a lot of equipment. The staff are really nice and welcoming. A very positive environment for everyone and very clean facility.

By far the friendliest, biggest gym on the west side, and up to par on cleanliness most of the time. Great variety. Hot showers are a hit or miss and the curtains are very short compared to many other PT in the valley.

I just want to appreciate Kiadum for his hard work he has done for planet fitness and the overall experience he’s gave me personally. He makes me feel comfortable when I’m at the gym and what not. He makes sure there’s always paper towels and just making the Planet fitness an clean experience. Thank you Planet fitness and Kiadum.

I honestly feel so dumb because I ended my membership, but I will be back if the new gym I moved to doesn’t make me feel comfortable. I switched to (idk if I’m allowed to mention other gyms, but it’s the one across the street by target 😅) because it’s closer to me & I thought it would be more convenient. So far it doesn’t compare to Planet Fitness. If you’re debating on where to go just trust me and get a membership at Planet. The equipment & the entirety of the gym is kept clean. Most members do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The employees are nice & helpful! I love how spread out and spacious it is while still having secluded little areas to workout in. I was shy when I first started going to the gym so I stayed in one area & I love how they provide dumbbells in two sections of the gym. That way I was able to stay in one section without having to keep walking over to the free weight area. The way everything is set up is so convenient! The massage chairs & hydromassage are amazing! If you avoid going around 6-8pm you’ll beat the rush. Also when I asked to end my membership it was so easy. I just talked to the person at the front desk & they helped me right away. I had the black card and honestly I’m paying the same amount at the other gym, but this one has more bonuses - I could use the massage chairs (never used the tanning beds) & bring any guest. I have to pay extra if I want to bring a guest at my new gym smh….hmm after typing all this out im most likely gonna come back in a month LOL. Overall this gym gets a 10/10 from me! About a year ago when I started my fitness journey I knew very little about the machines & was intimidated to even be in the building. I began coming as a black card guest but grew to love it so much I joined on my own. This location is always clean & well maintained. This location is so successful because of its employees. Yaharia the manager is always approachable which most managers are not. The staff Is friendly, professional & encouraging. They go above & beyond to help members with anything they need. I lost one AirPod & Chris helped me walk the gym to look for it! Service like that doesn’t happen. Chris, Thomas & Litzy are my go to people. From answering all types of questions to checking on me when I pushed myself to hard. I couldn’t speak more highly of them. The biggest help on my journey is the addition of the trainer. When I started my fitness journey I wanted to learn how to properly use every machine in the gym & he has taught me just that. Christopher is positive & knowledgeable. He has always taken the time to listen to his clients needs & make the training session exactly what they need to obtain their goals. I spend way to much time here every week & the main reason is because this staff.

I'm a black card member and truck driver that sees PF's across the country. This one had the nicest cleanest showers I have seen, they had actual shower doors and not just curtains. Also that handicapped shower stall is humongous! If that helps anyone needing the large ones.

Nice fitness facility, clean, with plenty of equipment and space. Just beware that the music is on really loud, you can end up losing your hearing over time working out there. I was there in early afternoon on a weekday.

Definitely one of the nicest PF’s in the area. I like the set up of the equipment and variety. Nice clean bathrooms and a place to put your soap (which not all of them have) and changing rooms right across the showers instead of on the other side of the locker room which I enjoy. Only gave it four stars cause the PF’s with those showers that have their own walk in hallways will always be the best ones.
