I love planet fitness it is awesome always clean, machines are well maintained, doesnt smell like sweat like most gyms the parking lot is very spacious but the best part of the gym is the employees their always nice and friendly one staff in particular Joseph always has a great attitude very helpful and professional ill stop by at the end of my workout and talk to him for a bit and he always gives me great workout tips and advice to keep motivated the guy deserves a raise/promotion ill be going to planet fitness for a long time coming I would highly recommend you go to this planet fitness in particular!

If I could I was give it a negative star rating. Staff is rude they have no experience on customer service skills, The bathroom is always filthy, the members never wife equipment after it being used and it's a meet market. Noone goes there to workout, but hook up it's disturbing.

Apparently there is a 40 maintenance fee that is took on June 1st that I wasnt verbally made aware of. BRIANNA is the worst customer service representative I have came across. How do you not have your corporate number to give to unsatisfied customers. Then to hang up on some because the tell you that retarded for not having it and then to on about someone disrespect you. Learn how to deal with angry guest no one disrespected you. IF you have just emailed me the copy of my contact like I ask so i can go over it. Instead of catching a attitude and being rude you will get a lot farther with upset guest.

This is my main gym its ok. The staff is nice. And mostly clean. But they dont change the water filter often enough and water down the disinfectant. Stuff like that makes it suck

It's great for cardio and has some weight equipment. I'm currently on my second membership with planet fitness and this specific location. I currently have the $10 membership but originally I had the $20 membership and they charged me $59 to cancel. Ultimately I eventually want to switch over to 24hr but currently with my YMCA & PF membership I'm able to get 24hr benefits for simi cheaper price.

I had a very bad expedience there; I owed money which was not notified about it until after already making my yearly payment for my husband and me, I had already been going there for 3 months, walk in and then get told I can't work out until I pay. I was livid! Why wasn't I told right away? Why couldn't I work out and then pay the next day? Why didn't I get a call or notice? The night shift had no idea how to defuse the situation and it got out of control with Tyler and myself yelling back and forth, unprofessional night crew who didn’t know how to handle the situation and made things worse. I later spoke with Andrew whom did everything in his ability to assist me in getting this issue resolved, but because he was scared of retaliation (not from my end) decided it would be best not to go to that center. I could honestly say he assisted me in getting me to a way better facility, way better staff, cleaner and it’s not a meat market at the facility I’m going to now. If they could only clone the staff to be more like Andrew I’m sure things would be better in that ghetto place.

Employees always chatting takes them 2 to 3 mins to acknowledge me and not just me other people too. There is one of the employee's who's name I can remember very rude and unkind to my guess and me . I have the black card membership and asked her if I could get 2 coins just so I didn't have to get out and wait 5more mins to get another she agreed then 3 mins later b4 I even got my first massage she went in and asked for the coins I didn't appreciate it so now I go nights so I don't see her stupid face😡

This location is very dirty ladies who like to take showers after you work out. The shower's smell bad as if some dried their hair and also the showe curtains are dirty. I told someone at the counter about it. The answer was we don't have a girl to clean today, she called off. Bur it has been like this forever. Management needs to visit this location . U stopped going there.

I usually go as a regular guest there all the time with my brothers wife and have remembered the staffs faces. i just totally remembered that chick named Minerva by looking at her review. I was sitting at the tables while I watched her verbally abuse the staff, talking over them, and all that. Don't think that guy did too much wrong considering what he had to deal with. Staff deserves all these stars. There should really be something about verbal abuse to customer service representatives. Since I work at a grocery store and get that all the time. But that was wild.

I haven't gone in 2 weeks but I've been with them for over a month and I've seen amazing progress . Sure they may have days were they offer pizza to reward you but in all honesty you don't have to take it it's not mandatory . I would really enjoy this gym much more if it were to offer more equipment .
