I can't wait for personal instructors to come back.Heat the inside pool better. Since there is an outdoor pool is not heated I would like the indoor pool temperature higher so those who are handicapped ( arthritis etc.) can also swim.

I got a membership at In Shape because they have many locations in different cities, have lap pools indoors and outdoors, and the kids zone. They also have friendly staff and the booking through the app is very organized. There is no better club than this one in this area as far as I'm concerned.

Love coming to this location! The Assistant and General Manager always have their office doors open for comments or feedback on equipment or general concerns.There are several staff that make my visits worth wild!Two locations need to take some tips from Lexi and Mari on their dedication and service!

The gym and staff are good.I respect the effort to maintain covid safety. However, in May 2021 the hours are still greatly reduced. Closing at 4pm on the weekends and 8pm during the week is too early for a lot of peoples schedules. Reduced hours and reduced amenities but the same price? I think they are trying to recoup losses from 2020 because I cannot find any California mandates that limit gyms to those hours.

In-shape Health Club is a jewel when it comes to making sure the customer comes first. They put their money in making sure that you you have a clean and safe environment. Please don't come here. I love this place and don't need the crowd. Try PF instead and get your free pizza and keep quiet. This place is all about getting In-Shape. So we make noises and work hard to get results.

Great staff. Clean and no crowds yet. Some new rules (Wearing mask at check in/checkout, no spotting, no towels, no showers, etc.). Had a great workout. It'll be a while before it's back to normal.

UserRami BInshape coffee location by far is the best location I ever been to. front desk customer service and kids care. Staff members a really pleasant to see them around. My kids love the kid care the members there are so joyful and playful all the staff members in there rock......

I love the happy staff and the chance to work out without worrying about who is watching my daughter. I would like to update my post and say tonight, January 4, 2020, my daughter had an emergency situation in the locker room. The staff was AMAZING they responded immediately and appropriately.
