As a relatively new patron of Reflex, I love it here. The atmosphere is super positive and supportive. The coaches are amazing! I’m just so happy that I found a gym that makes me feel like I’m working towards something because the classes are much better than me working out alone. My RFF experience has been nothing short of incredible!

Maybe it was just the class that we tried but I was unimpressed. We did HIIT training and it felt more like high school gym class than a led class. The facilitator was also participating in the workout instead of walking around the room helping newbies. Granted it was a substitute so maybe that’s why?

Reflex offers top-notch group classes, generally in a HIIT format with ever-changing variety (and a mix of instructors, too, all of which have been great.)The vibe is always appropriately encouraging, welcoming people that have just (re)started working out, folks adding something new, or "animals" that want to push themselves to another level. Do not be intimidated to stop by - it is *not* a scary place to walk into, even if you don't know anyone (my case). A number of my peers commonly express "I've tried a lot of gyms, and I love it here."You can pay as you go, pay monthly, or establish recurring billing, but there is not a long-term financial commitment (e.g. 12 months, etc.)With the free trial offer (Reese offered to extend it, if I needed more time to decide - I didn't need it), there's no reason to not give it a shot.

The classes are the best type of workout for anyone with a very busy schedule. Consistently taking at least 3 classes a week for one year has significantly increased my stamina and muscle development. 💪🏿👍🏿👊🏿 …

The staff is super friendly and helpful! I recently switched to here from a bigger gym and I like the community feel at Reflex. Everyone encourages each other during workouts to keep pushing. Would definitely recommend!

Reese is an outstanding personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, creative, and supportive, but also unyielding when it comes to helping you reach your fitness goals - whatever they may be. He’s also wicked funny and we laugh a lot despite whatever torment he is dishing out. 😬 Seriously though, I cannot recommend him highly enough. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
