At the end of a long and tough week there is nothing like going to Reflex and leaving every frustration on the bag. Amanda and Reese are so supportive and push you to be better each and every class.

Reflex is my absolute favorite place to get a workout in! Whether you take a class with Reese, Amanda, or Tim, you're sure to get an amazing workout. The boxing class is really fun and a great way to get your sweat on! Sports conditioning is also great, but definitely not easy!

Reflex Fitness gives me that extra push in my workout routine that I don't get while working out alone. The classes are fun yet challenging at the same time and the instructors are amazing at giving you that extra push when you need it and helping you to modify when necessary. Love this gym!

Six months ago I was on the all too common path from 3 sport athlete to an out of shape 9-5 office worker. I was still lifting and doing cardio at the gym, but my motivation levels were inconsistent, and my training regimen was stale. One day in May, my wife and I made the decision to “mix up” our workouts by trying a free week at Reflex Functional Fitness. After our first workout, we were hooked. The trainers - Reese, Tim and Amanda - do a great job of putting together a challenging variety of classes and pushing clients to perform at their highest levels. Rather than going through the motions of my same old workout routine at the gym, I was moving like an athlete again - doing sprints, lateral slides, ladder drills, squat jumps, and even learning new skills, like boxing, on a consistent basis. Six months later, I look and feel like an athlete again – working out at Reflex has put me back on the path to a healthy lifestyle. One last thing – IF you are purely looking at the cost of prospective gyms, try thinking of it on a “per workout” basis. For instance, when I was working out at my old gym, my inconsistent motivation levels led me to only get there 3 times a week MAX. At Reflex, I look forward to my workouts each day and consistently get in 5-6 per week. Even though the monthly rate is slightly higher at Reflex than my old gym, I am actually paying 25% LESS per workout to get much better results. All in all – make sure you stop by at Reflex to at least try a few classes. You’re missing out on the best gym experience in Baltimore until you do!

I've been training with Reese for 10 years. When he opted to open his own gym, there was no question I would follow him. He aligns workouts so effectively to the individual's needs and goals. He brings his own unique style of intensity and his love for working out and improving fitness is evident in everything he does. He is truly Baltimore's Best Trainer.

Reflex's challenging workouts, motivating instructors, and fun environment make this gym one of my favorite places to tone up! Each class is always different, so you'll never get bored, and you'll always walk away feeling accomplished!

Reflex Functional Fitness is the best gym I have been to in Baltimore. When you don't think you can, Reese, Tim, and Amanda push you to show you that you can! Reflex is more than your typical gym, you don't get lost in the shuffle of a large gym. Its more personal and they are there to make sure you set goals and meet them, a sense of accountability I never felt at large gyms. I have been a member for 2 years and it is the best decision I have made. I feel more in shape and fit than I ever have. Reflex really improved my strength and endurance and I ran my first 1/2 marathon in May 2015, a goal that I would not have accomplished without them. Reflex is more than a gym, its a family. I highly recommend Reflex... one class will get you hooked!
