I can’t say enough about this place. It has the best trainers giving tough but manageable workouts. My partner and I have been consistently going to Reflex for over 2 years and have no plans to change it up! Joining this gym is like joining a new family and we love it! #reflexfitfam

My husband and I love Reflex so much. All of the trainers are incredibly positive and motivational. Even though we moved significantly further away, we still find a way to get down there a few times a month because there is, without a doubt, no better workout in the city.

Best gym in Baltimore! Can’t say enough about Reese and his team. Awesome trainers, challenging workouts, and a positive environment! Everyone there is super supportive and motivating during the group classes. Highly recommend!

Awesomely fun and challenging workout!! I love when you can workout hard for a shorter amount of time and feel like you got such an effective workout. Kayleigh is a great instructor who motivates and encourages you the whole time. I’d highly recommend checking Reflexfit out!

A great place to get your workout in with awesome trainers and group classes. Reese (owner) used to be an MMA fighter and when I do personal training with him its always a great challenge and fun (boxing, lifting, cardio... ). Come join the Reflex family!

Reflex offers a variety of classes that all have one thing in common...they will get you results! Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or speed/stamina training, they have it all. Reese is an excellent trainer and he works incredibly hard to give his members a unique and challenging experience. Amanda’s classes will make you push yourself even when you think you can’t keep going. Bottom line - great fitness studio with awesome instructors/owners. If you haven’t checked this place out yet I strongly recommend it!

I have been a member for more than three years, and have convinced most of my local family to join too. The classes are fantastic, the atmosphere is comfortable and age inclusive, and the members and staff are supportive and inspiring. You will leave each class feeling accomplished and fully worked out. Trainers will give you modifications for injuries, while pushing your athletic progress further. I highly recommended this gym.

Exceptional staff, and exceptional workouts. Reese, Tim, Dean and Amanda do a great job of offering a variety of workouts that challenge people at all different levels of fitness.
