Thanks for being so welcoming and friendly, Reese and team! I went to my first group class today and it was great. Looking forward to going back for more, and possibly adding on some personal training. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

Great trainers and owners of the gym. Current flexibility to take in gym, outdoor classes or virtual. Always a challenging workout but provide options for varying levels. Very positive focus !

After so many months of trying to find a gym that I would actually look forward to go to I found Reflex. The classes are very challenging (but at the same time super fun) so I always leave the workout feeling accomplished. I have been going to Reflex for about a month now and already see an improvement in my body/ stamina. Thanks Reese and the rest of the Reflex team!

My Reflex Family has been amazing during all the Covid uncertainty. Being able to have so many workout options shows how much Reese, Amanda, and the entire team really cares about their clients. This workout (and the entire Reflex crew) is amazing. Never the same, but always an exceptional workout.

This is a great place for a workout. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Reflex has great options for group classes throughout the week. I am currently taking all classes online but I can see that the staff are taking the health/safety of everyone very seriously and have great COVID practices in place for in person instruction.

Was really scared about going back to a gym in the COVID era but so glad I did. Small class size, everyone sanitizes hands as they walk in, plenty of airflow with all the doors open, wiping everything down as each person uses it, and masks required. I was also anxious that I'd be too out of shape to do a class and barf/quit before it was over but it was easy to adjust where necessary or take a quick breather when I needed to and still leave covered in sweat and happy with my workout. Perfect balance and I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to push myself while wearing a mask. If you're worried about it, it's much easier than a traditional gym to be able to just step outside and get some fresh air if you end up getting winded though so definitely give this place a shot!

I started the free trial with Reflex fitness last week. The classes I have completed with Reese and Jen have been awesome! I was nervous I wouldn’t quite know what I was doing but they were both so supportive and showed me how to do any of the tasks I was unsure of. The workout itself was great and incorporated several different exercises. I’m already starting to really enjoy working out with this group and look forward to taking more classes at Reflex.

Reflex is an amazing gym community. Reese and Amanda have made it like a family and they have such talented trainers. Since COVID I've been taking their live stream/zoom classes from home and they've been amazing too! Join Reflex!!

My first workout was today after a few months hiatus at a gym all together...everyone there was friendly and supportive, Reese ran the class today and was very encouraging and the class was great ! Thank you for a great workout I plan on returning for more !
