Was hesitant to join - thought it would be too "hard core" for me. It is absolutely hard core but I'm able to easily modify w/o disrupting anyone. Place is no joke - hard work expected, excellent programs/training, supportive environment. Feeling/seeing a difference after just 3 weeks.

Really enjoyed my class at Reflex. Fun workouts provide a cool and unique experience from other gyms and the staff was super nice.

I started coming here with a friend who said she loved the workout. Ever since joining her back in the summer, I have come back every week. I get a great workout and sweat. The gym is always clean, the class is set up prior to start and each class has the same principle while changing something minor to keep the workout engaging. I am a big fan of the HIIT and Stamina classes with RIck, he is a great instructor!

Joined Reflex over a year ago and have loved every moment! Reese and the team always push you to improve and encourage you along the way! I couldn’t ask for a better gym, trainer, or community.

I’ve only been going to reflex for a week now and I’m already hooked. It’s such a fun friendly and encouraging group atmosphere. It’s also the best workout you can ask for. Reese is amazing and comes up with creative workouts and provides motivational coaching&cuing throughout. Reflex is the best gym I’ve ever been to and definitely the best gym in Baltimore!

I joined Reflex over a year ago and have been a member ever since. Reese and all the instructors are top notch. They have indoor, outdoor, and virtual options and they do an excellent job cleaning during and after every workout. The Reflex family, as we call it, is encouraging and welcoming. If you are looking for a great workout, I strongly recommend you check out Reflex.

Awesome workout, and instructors are great. I do not consider myself a gym rat by any stretch, but I like Reflex classes enough to have become a sort of regular there.

Reese and Amanda and all of their trainers are great! They are personable and make you sweat! Doesn’t matter where you are at in your fitness level, you can make any work out work for you. The classes and personal training are definitely worth it!
