Love this place but the showers are growing mold they need to be cleaned better.Also alot of people just sitting on machines not working out its irritating and sometimes no sanitaser or wipes.Ease work on these6/17 and peole waiting trying to get memberships and trying to get help and 45 minutes and no employee to be found. What is going on srriously

Staff is under trained and enforce their own varied policies without regard for customer satisfaction. Outside the gym is a trash festival. Would it hurt any of these kids running the gym to take a bag and pick up the trash every now and then?

Whoever is working the early AMshuft is SEVERLY slacking. All of the paper towel dispensers were empty and only a couple spots had a small roll to tear off of. They weren't at the desk either to notify of. And today was nit the first time.🌟 Otherwise good spot to work out.👌Just weary of the sanitization lately, especially with cold/flu season upon us.

It's a wonderful place to spend your free time!! The employees are always smiling stays on top of getting to any and every member that needs them, also on the upkeep.. they really do take pride in their jobs to ensure the gym is cleaned and sanitized for our protection!!

A great place to keep yourself motivated if you’re struggling to go to the gym on your own. Staff members are always nice. Even the people that come to workout are always nice and willing to help.

Haven’t been to a gym in months, and picked this gym because it’s next to my job. I went there for the first time and I have to say that it’s really nice. It has honestly beat my expectations. Staff was great, the people working out was great, everything was great. The reason for the 4 stars is because the gym seems to be more in the cardio side then weight lifting. Dumbbells have like 5 seats and you constantly see people waiting to use them while others are using them. Also I’m a bit disappointed that there isn’t actually a bench press. The assistant machines makes bench pressing a little awkward because it doesn’t actually feel like the weights you have on. Those are really my main two disappointments, but everything else was great. 8/10

I love my planet fitness team. The staff supports my goals and understands my level of fitness. Every individual gets what they want out of the gym. I work out with my trainer April or alone then immediately reward myself with tanning, total body enhancement standing bed and/or hydromassage.

Baller on a budget. Cant beat the prices. Straight forward- do not attempt to go between 4:30 - 8:30 on weekdays. Poor Burlington Coat Factory and Nail Spa. The filled parking lot is people going to Planet Fitness. People are everywhere which sometimes takes triple the time to get your workout in. There is no dress code which can be a positive or a negative. Being so packed, good luck finding mirror space and an empty Smith machine.

I renewed my membership and now I remembered why I stop coming here. I come to planet fitness to use the 30 minute workout but can never do the 30 minute workout because people come in and sit and be on their phone or just jump on any machine and stay there. Even though the sign says for 30 minute express training only!! I wish this was corrected. I feel I pay to come here for nothing.

They really need to do checks for paper towels more often. Staff is usually hanging around the front desk talking to each other, so there’s no reason for there to be no paper towels and having to walk to the other side of the gym to get some. This is usually at night, when staff has the least amount of work to do too.There’s also a lot of paper towels thrown on the ground near machines often, which isn’t the staffs fault, but they really should keep an eye out for that kind of thing for hygienes sake.All in all it’s a good gym with very nice people working there, just a few gripes.
