My regular gym and it's satisfactory. However, after going to other states I realize that this location doesn't have employees cleaning regularly, at least not when I have been. At other locations I did appreciate that I cleaned and the staff was cleaning as well, since they were cleaning and walking around they were talkative and it felt more welcoming. Just a suggestion Baytown!😊

It was my first time visiting this Planet Fitness location. I enjoyed myself. Thr staff was pleasant, the gym was clean, and there was plenty of equipment.Keep up the good work!

Totally love the easy to use equipment, the ample supply of sanitizer,. The people are great and everyone is just there to do their own thing. No body shaming only positive encouragement if requested lol. I love this place. last but not least is the water massage chairs . MY FAVE

I think the cleaning staff has been changed because every day the bathrooms are dirtier 🤮 …

For the most part I like gym. I have a long schedule during the day day so I come early in the morning and I would have to say that I am always waiting for assistance at the front desk the use the hydro massage or the the tanning booths she is always in the little room by the drinks or no where to be found. Also has an bad attitude towards clients.

I enjoy working out late to end my day, so this is a great place to be a member. I can stop by any time to work out and us any of the amenities for a black card member. It’s already a reasonable price just to be able to workout when I’m ready, but it’s even better because I am a black card member and take advantage of the extras almost every time I go in.

I have been enjoying the classes offered by planet fitness. My instructor April has been amazing. She is patient and explains things in detail. She pushes me without being overly aggressive. I also like the ease of use of the equipment at the gym.

I’ve been to a couple nice PF and managed one so I have high expectations for cleanliness and this gym is VERY clean. The equipment is always clean, the staff is constantly dusting and wiping down machines which makes me feel good. The only thing which isn’t something the staff can control is the fact that I’ve seen several people/visit not wiping down their equipment after using it so I recommend wiping it down before you use it. Very happy here 😊

I like this Planet, because I see it very little crowded, maybe during peak hours it will be more crowded but it has a good atmosphere, its staff is friendly and attentive I like it very much that it always arrives Say hello and welcome just like when you leave. For me it is important to feel comfortable with those who work there since that gives more encouragement and desire to go. The facilities are well equipped with the basics, perhaps they need to modernize or increase their equipment as other Planets are already doing.The bathrooms are kept clean.In the same way I will continue enjoying this gym and I hope that during my stay they maintain their 5 stars.PD: It is also nice that they have staff who speak Spanish and that there is no discrimination or racial discrimination.

First week here staff is nice and the place is clean and staff also is cleaning the machines. Almost all people cleaned the machines they used before and after that I saw. Have been at diff times.
