I really enjoy this gym! The staff is really nice and it feels very well regulated and a safe place to workout in these uncertain times! The machines are clean and easy to use!! Lots of space to social distance! Really awesome gym!!

The gym is clean and well maintained. People are respectful and doing their own thing. No pushy sales people. Only negative is that it is crowded and so you have to sometimes find equipment you wouldn't normally use to get your workout in.

Kiddy hangout. Machines being held up for texting, and selfies. Ask someone toput their phone down, or work...while waiting on that machine, the staff won't like it, if that person plays victim about it.Towel dispensers empty, spray bottles broken, or empty....no one wipes down equipment.Weight plates scattered all over floor.Been going here about a decade. Really going downhill quickly. After reading all of these positive reviews before mine about cleanliness, top-levelequipment, I figure these people must be talking about a different gym, or paid off.I hear alot of people complaining about the atmosphere, and regretting their memberships while I work out.Back in the day, this gym was wonderful.

I was about to move away (while the gym was still closed) and had to cancel my membership. They said on their website to email them, so I did - twice - a few weeks apart. Before and after I moved. Never received a response, kept getting charged. I called after getting charged again and they said they actually require a signature to cancel, so I am supposed to come in or send them a letter. So I am now sending a letter, in the snail mail, to cancel my membership, while in the meantime they keep charging me. I have never heard of a gym requiring a signature to cancel.Edited to add, after they got the letter they called me to tell me I have a 12 month agreement...which would have been nice to know...

This is an amazing gym with plenty to offer. There is an area for powerlifting, a separate area for general weightlifting, a large cardio equipment section, and a separate dance studio/stretching room. The ample space is amazing, especially during this COVID pandemic, since I never feel like I'm too close to someone else while exercising. The staff are always very respectful and genuinely care about their gym-goers. I'm super appreciative of their hard work! The pricing is extremely low considering how much this place has to offer ($10-$20 per month). Out of all the gyms I've been to, this is one of my favorites and I'm sure I'll have fond memories here. I'd highly recommend this gym!

During these challenging times with COVID I was hesitant to join a new gym. This gym has allowed me to not worry and enjoy being back in the gym. I have been going to this gym for a month now and I am very impressed on their systems in place to keep everyone safe. The front desk staff and the personal trainer I met with were all very professional and had excellent communication with me.

I'm not a huge gym person but I went for a free trial here and enjoyed it so much I got a membership. Its not the biggest or newest gym out there but Its clean, friendly staff and I am able to get what I want out of a gym. Even have recommended it to coworkers! Only complaint was I wish when I signed up for the membership an employee explained the fees better to me.

I absolutely love Crunch Fitness as well as the staff , they are very positive and friendly. It is a very clean facility, sanitized and they check your temperature on Entry. I appreciate the personal trainers as they ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly. The trainers are very skilled in their field and give you the motivation and determination needed to keep moving forward! Love this place!

I've been coming to this location for years: the gym is good sized, usually not too crowded, and has various areas to accommodate different types of workouts. The windows upstairs provide great natural light in the morning and nice views outside during your workout. The equipment is nice, the place is clean, and the staff have always been pleasant.

Moved to Oregon in June from Colorado and one of the first things we did was look for a new home gym. Having come from Golds in Colorado we looked for a Golds in or around the place we live but Not having one we decided to give LA fitness a try. The gym was set up poorly and there was a lot of equipment but nowhere to work out without having someone in your lap. So we continued to explore the gyms in the area. We came across crunch in Beaverton and liked the energy we saw when we first went in. After signing up and giving it a try we were disappointed by the lack of customer service from the “manager” Sammie, and how poorly she treated members! Still went about our business and continued to come to the gym.Today again was met with a Rude female trainer that voiced how I wasn’t able to bring in a gym bag with all of my training equipment and would need to carry everything around out of the bag to get a lift in! No sooner does she say that she picks up her “gym bag” and walks out the door!We wear masks, we clean everything before and after our lift but apparently we must place our personal belongs on the floor while here. Makes perfect sense. So again on to find a gym where people can go and actually train without rude staff and double standards! ✌🏽Not all ppl here are rude but the ones that are great have no say! If you’re looking for a place to just pass time come here, if you’re trying to train and get good lifts in look else where!
