After going to a few other gyms to decide which one to join I went to Crunch on a free week trial. I decided on the 2nd day it was the place for me. Very friendly greeting EVERYDAY still to this day. It’s a clean, well spaced and cool place to just get a work out in. Lots of machines and free weights and cardio equipment. Kinda no brainer place to join.

I just transferred here from the Aloha Crunch Gym. This location is on two floors. I use the cardio equipment and the circuit machines on the 2nd floor. The gym is immaculately clean and the staff people are pleasant and helpful. The equipment here is newer and in better shape, too.

Gym has been closed since November due to COVID. Couldn't cancel over the phone and couldn't go in to cancel because of state restrictions. Opened up last Friday at limited capacity and got slapped with $50. I joined another gym months ago because this one was closed and didn't even have time until the next billing cycle to cancel my membership. Basically had to eat the cost just to cancel. Awful customer service.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my membership with little to no help from the staff. After the mask mandate I called to ask for a no contact cancellation. For two months now the only solution they’ve provided is that I have to physically be at the gym to cancel. In those two months I have been exposed to COVID (October) and have relocated to a different state (November). Consider another gym that appreciates its members enough to provide alternatives in a worldwide pandemic.

The coaches of the classes have been really nice. The classes are fun. Front desk people are always nice too. Lots of equipment to work with.Wish there were more lifting platforms but that’s not a deal breaker by any means.

Convenient, affordable and the friendliest staff in the morning time. I go usually around 5-6 AM to enjoy a quieter environment for lifting weights. My trainer David is awesome and a joy to workout with.

I have had a decent experience with this gym in the past but I returned to Crunch Beaverton this week following the ~3 month shut down and was shocked by the very rundown state the gym was in. I am not exaggerating when I say that literally every single bottle of sanitizing spray was missing or empty in the entire upper level of the gym. I was unable to wipe down any of the equipment that I used. In the bathroom I went to wash my hands in the sink and two of the women’s sinks were out of soap. Super gross and unsanitary especially during these times where extra effort toward cleanliness is expected. I also learned this week what a hassle it is to cancel your membership, as boyfriend tried to cancel his and was eventually forced to pay $50 just to do so after months of not being able to use the gym and not being able to cancel by phone when it wasn’t open.

I have been a member of Crunch Fitness for over 5 years now and I have had nothing but success with them. I enjoy the atmosphere of inclusion and no judgement and that everyone feels welcome. They are serious about fitness and I enjoy being part of that.

They have a decent of variety of equipment. When it comes to owning a membership... getting one is easy. Trying to cancel is dam near impossoble. I've attempted 3 times in the past 2 years to cancel and I always get the run around. I just got an email stating my balance is past due and I will need to pay it in order to cancel. You will always get the run around here.

Appreciate that I can come with my son who has a membership for a free week trial. He likes the free weights and they have lots. Lots of stair machines, tread mills and such. I was able to use the weight machines without waiting. Seems geared to guys mostly. Lots of TV's with sports on. May consider getting a trainer to help with exercises that help get rid of menopausal back, belly, muffin top fat.
