I am not a body builder or a power lifter. Mostly performing therapy to injures developed over the last 20 years, but I’ve gone here for a bit. It’s a good gym great location, people are friendly and they have great equipment. Glad I joined.

Awesome gym for the bodybuilder/power lifter who is looking for a serious training facility. Lots of great machines and even a posing station for BB competitors. Only complaint is that there’s only one squat rack, one deadlift platform, and and two bench racks. This is fine if you’re in there at 6am with just a few people but during busy hours like after work you’ll probably have to wait for equipment. There’s a bunch of cardio equipment that I feel like they could pare down to make space for another rack but maybe I only think that because I hate cardio haha. Otherwise great environment and place to get a nasty pump.

New name but same gym as it was before - Rhino Fit. Just look at the address. Same run down gym. Not worth it. It's the same gym as Rhino Fit who was owned by Jim Stark of Stark Vacuum in Portland. It's a shame the gym isn't taken care of - filthy and bathrooms look like a truck stop :( No thanks.
