Pandemic has made social interactions rare and difficult and people are all doing their best to normalize life. Our son and I started a Sunday climbing day with the boys 2 weeks ago and it's been amazing. Today, I got to witness our son climb a portion of the wall he tried 15 times without accomplishing his goal. Toward the end of our climb, he did it. He was shaking with nerves, excitement and complete pride when he reached the top and was greeted by his teary eyed dad. What goes up, must come down... getting down this wall was a challenge and our son (understandably) had trepidation. I was a bit at a loss... I went to the front desk and asked for some support on how to help get our son back down the intimidating wall. Cale (sp?) jumped immediately to assist with incredible grace, patience and understanding. He asked a few questions and then climbed like a gazelle to the top to our son to help save the day. Within :60, our 8 year old was trekking down the wall that had him paralyzed just moments before. Cale guided our son down safely to mat and the entire zone we were hiking in cheered in celebration for this brave boy's adventure. I will never forget this world class customer service, this world class kindness and the help by this crew. As a father you want what's best for your kids and you want to protect them and also see them accomplish things they couldn't imagine doing. Today, this establishment BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE made this happen. Eternally grateful.

Route Setting was great, different than what im used to so the changes were welcome challenges. Spacious climbing area, plenty of top roping opportunities and decent set of lead routes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great time there. They have a great appointment system to keep the gym at s proper capacity and there are precautions for their employees as well. Have been shakey about going back to the gym but their set up made me feel a little more confident

Love this gym! Very friendly & warm staff, really challenging climbing routes that are changed frequently, and a very fair membership price considering everything you get including the weightlifting/hangboard area in the back. Also, it looks like the staff are really great with teaching young climbers.

Great facility. One star because of the treatment I got from the Manager Brad. Felt totally attacked and disrespected. He barely made eye contact. It was really strange and my partner made a comment to me right after. I've also seen staff and members with masks not actually over their face on multiple occasions. Unfortunately there aren't many other options in the area, but we'll be going to Vertical World Redmond from now on.

Great facility and energy. Two stars because of the treatment I got from one of the staff members -A. Felt totally ignored. The guy only showed my partner how to pass the belay rope test. He didn't show me anything and barely made eye contact. It was really strange and even my boyfriend made a comment to me right after. He gave us two free passes after bf didn't pass the exam. I thought 'Oh how nice of him!' But then I checked... my boyfriend's free pass expires a month from now, while mines expires in 5 days. What a joke..just a really weird experience. But it was all good we joked about it afterwards. Still recommend Stone Gardens in Bellevue since the other staff were really friendly and overall had a great time climbing. But we'll probably just stick to the Seattle location

Nice but severely overpriced for size and quality to price ratio. Charging around 25$ for a day pass is ridiculous.

Fun for everyone. I have a toe with a weird nail. Whenever I come here, the people get excited to see my toe. I can rub it and it hurts, but the doctor said not to.

Four autobelays with a few routes on each (apart from one that just had a speed route). Roped area is fairly small, but lots of bouldering. Grades are all over the place.
