Love going to this planet fitness, the place is always clean, & its open 24/7, since I have the black card I could bring a guess every time I workout , you can't beat that

This place is a dump. The restroom is constantly out of service, without toilet paper, and trash litters the floor. The staff is very unhelpful and even suggested that I go change the toilet paper myself. Avoid at all costs.

The employees are good. Customer service is great. The place is always packed day and night. Inside this place is kept clean, and the outside at the parking lot is a mess (trash everywhere).

Bailey the bigot has horrible Customer service. I just moved to Bellflower and took my daughter shopping at fashion Trend I decided to walk around the shopping center and noticed my gym. I Walked in and asked if I can look around. With a smug look on her face she says I must check in. So I gave her my information and turned around to the railing to check out the lay out. Bailey raises her voice. You can't go in yet!!! (I wasn't even trying) She then asks may I have your phone and I give her my number and turned back around this time not even making steps and again she yells at me. I am over weight and wasn't dressed in my nicest clothes.I really think that she was discriminating against mebecause of my appearance. Smh

I've been coming here for about 5 years now, the staff is very friendly and they are always keeping things clean but, Jesus and Eric really stand out. They make me feel right at home.

The most judgemental place to work for. The employees are not very organic. They gossip about the members shortly after interacting with them. It's a dam shame. And the bathrooms are consistently dirty and half cleaned.

It gets the job done. There is nothing fancy, it supports almost all of your needs if you just need some basic equipment. If you like upgraded equipment this is not the place for you. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and it is a great place to get your workout in.

Equipment in great shape, floors usually stocked with paper towels and disinfectant. Minor ac leak from ac unit near treadmills heading towards restrooms. A lot of transients but hey if they have a membership why not let them in.However the staff seams to take very little care of showers absolutely disgusting curtains and ceiling are stained and caked with a gunk on a regular basis.

I have been coming here for 3 years and it’s my favorite place to de stress. The staff is friendly, floor plan is spacious, restrooms are always clean and there is definitely no gymtimidation. Yes you will come across a homeless or two in the parking lot but I believe you will find one anywhere you go. If your goal is to work out, this is a great place to get it done.
