When I try to downgrade my membership they try to charge $39 for startup fee like a new membership ???? Make no sense. I was cancel my membership and they don’t care customer weather stay or not and customer service not helpful

Cant get a good workout here. Same people hogging the machines and doing 10 different workouts on the same station for a hour. Literally paying just to run on the treadmill. Very Disappointing

1 star because I walked in for the first time and was disrespected and mistreated by romeo and jazmin. They said I cant wear jeans at the gym. I've been wearing Jean's to the gym for 3 years now. I've went to many other locations and havent been bothered by any if the numerous amounts of staff there. Jazmin and Romeo were nowhere to be found when I visited so I could not sign in. And on top of that Romeo kept staring at me like he wanted to fight. What a joke this was. ive never had this bad of an experience at any planet fitness except this one

Nice gym for basic workouts.They need to turn on the AC because it gets way too hot in there when your working out. Those ceiling fans and opening a door ain't doing nothing.

Big space to workout but that's all. Not that clean. People grabbing the free weights and leaving them everywhere except where they suppose to be. I see four employees at the front and no one doing anything, just standing there talking to each other.

Didn't like this Planet Fitness the one in South Gate is way better it's more active better equipment and the bathrooms are cleaner and nicer real tile the walls the top walls these restaurants are ugly they look like a homeless plastic showers as nasty gets all moldy I'm cool with this one I want to go to the one in South Gate those are nice and clean professional those restrooms looking funky

It's large and has lots of equipment. Open twenty four hours. Lots of free and easy parking. Advice if you want it. It's only ten dollars per month. I love it there.

Most of the equipment is good except for their treadmills. Can't do proper cardio if the band is constantly slipping! I had to switch to four different treadmill machines before I found one that was ok but even then it wasn't 100% great.

I enjoy going here, but for some workouts... they only have one machine, which makes it a joke. Have to literally fight over it. 2nd, I guess this place attracts lots of beginners, people are on their phones more than working out, causing them to hog a machine. No rules against it...

Bathroom was pretty dirty even late at night. All the stalls were often full so good luck doing a number 2. The guy I spoke to at the counter knew nothing about the machines not even common things that I knew. They also had the tvs on weird stations and mult tvs with same station but wouldn't even change one of the tv to nbc for me. Most PF I go to had NBC as a standard. Staff didn't seem friendly or inviting nor knowledgeable like other locations I've been at. I agree with the women below the AC was barely on making it hot. Also when I was there it reaked of weed which was coming from the parking lot. So with they have bad air filters or that was some dank weed? Only 2 shower hook one of which was broken. Only 1 chair in the shower which everyone has to wait to share.
