I wish staff would make sure that people actually wore their masks. Some of us have people to protect at home. I've been looking for alternatives that provide this.

Damaged equipment. The employees SELL masks to people instead of handing them out LIKE IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE lol guess they need the lunch money. All jokes aside pretty big. Lot of equipment.

I love this gym. Lots of space to get your lil workouts in. Lots of parking space. I rather go to this planet fitness than the one closer to my house in Compton.

The mold on the showers is true. This place should be under investigation for health violations. Staff isn't helpful with problems and there is no corporate number to call if they start charging your card after cancellation. Not sure why I spent so much money here it wasn't worth it don't come

I never thought I’d encounter a situation like this. I didn’t have a mask when I entered the facility so I asked for one but the lady told me she can’t help me unless I have a mask on. I would of understood if she couldn’t allow me to use the equipment and all by proceeding further but this was not the case. I asked for a mask and she refused to give me one unless I had a mask. Which is dumb because the only way she would give me one is if she sold it to me for a dollar but luckily my headband was a gator mask so I pulled it down and covered my face with it. “Oh there you go!” She says while I stared at her like really??? but I still wanted to buy a mask. So I was there in the front desk longer than I wanted to be, feeling this awkward vibe and I just never thought I would experience this. I get that’s she’s trying to follow protocol but seriously ? I’m paying to come work out and you can’t even sell me a mask for a freaking dollar?!?! Ridiculous..

STAY AWAY, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE3rd Visit. Unreal experience. I would rather get cancer than come back here.Bad area/ghetto, if you park in the front (only place with lights) the general manager will watch you on camera the entire time you exercise because she parks illegaly in the handicapped spot every day and shes "entitled" to the only lit up spot in the very front (so have fun getting your windows smashed while you work out!). When she gets REALLY impatient she waits for you to go to the bathroom so she knows exactly where to walk so she can rush you out for that one single parking spot. If you tell her you aren't done using the gym then she will continue to watch you on camera until she meets you at the front counter so she can walk you out. Uncomfortable enough? If you want to tell them it's unwelcoming to harass your customers they will just start screaming "BYEEEEEEE" then look at the floor in shame until you leave. Yea that's what you are paying money for. If confronted at all they just start yelling at you then shut down like they're some kids who never worked in customer service before. Immature, unwelcoming, uneducated management, and staff members at the front are just trained to follow that. Sad people come here on purpose, more sad than getting banned over parking in "her" spot at the gym you paid for.Probably a good thing though, I might have ended up getting stabbed by some gang member if I stayed around this area. Good luck!

My first impression is that they have a great and welcoming Staff - and I appreciate that. Not many gyms offer a welcoming spirit. The gym is clean, the equipment works, and the price is great.
