One of the best ways to destroy a brand is by providing zero customer service, which is exactly what I incurred today. I received an email offer for a one day pass of which I wasn’t able to download, but couldn’t figure out why. So I made my way to the club in Bend, Oregon and stated the above to the front desk manager who promptly said “ our club doesn’t participate in that, and that’s why you can’t have a pass.” One day, to test drive the gym to see if myself and boyfriend would be a good fit for the gym. Apparently the manager thought my request would break their bank.Having over 30 years in the fitness industry by way of being a gym manager, certified personal trainer, National Ms. Fitness competitor, SHAPE Magazine fitness model and choreographer for the original BODY BAR class which was sanctioned by ACE as a CEU class—I do happen to know a thing or two about what the gym industry as a whole has to offer and this one has nothing to offer.I will gladly pay another gym in the area for a membership.

Nice place to workout.Tough to find a parking spot sometimes though. Nice equipment but some pretty wierd rules. Decently priced and overall works for me.

I think Planet Fitness gives you enough of variety of equipment to make your workout experience complete and a success, the Black Card allows travel ex: Hawaii, Oregon, California, it's a win-win for all

I appreciate so many things about this location. It has a variety of options as far as equipment, a lot of space so it doesn't feel crowded, friendly and helpful desk staff, and a positive atmosphere. I love that with the PF black card membership you also have access to tanning beds and booths and massage chairs.

the front desk guy was trying to force me to show him my id to check in and i have never had to do that is the years that i have been going here. he was extremely disrespectful and rude which caused me to walk out. DO BETTER PLANET FITNESS!
