I enjoy going to Planet fitness. I recommend spending the little extra a month for the black card access. These amenities include massage chairs and tanning booths. The hydro massage chairs are my favorite. They seem to keep my lower back loose and that's important because I get spasms. The staff is friendly. The fellow clients have been cordial. It's clean. Overall a very good gym. My biggest knock is that I have trouble with the wifi but it's a small issue when compared with the things that I like about the place. I'm very glad they opened back up.

Planet fitness is your basic gym with some nice additions. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The only problem with this location is the parking is tough at times. It's a good deal if you don't need towel service or special shampoo in the locker room.

Great gym! With a $25/mo membership we have 24hr access, and in other states we travel to boot! We also have access the tanning, all-natural red and infrared light therapy treatment, hydro massage and massage chairs. They have trainers on the floor and even have classes you can join to learn how to use the equipment/areas. The main reason we went with this gym: we can bring our boys with us for free! That is priceless to us!

Good luck cancelling your membership! After I cancelled my membership (due to extended business travel), I was charged again the following month. I called the manager (Kendall), who refused to refund my money. It's too bad. Other Planet Fitness locations are great. But the management here uses all the old stereotypical gym tricks, at the expense of its customers.

The cheapest price in town, great perks, and some of the best equipment options I've ever seen. I usually hate chains, but these guys totally nail it. And to top it off, they foster an environment of inclusion and acceptance. The staff is super kind and helpful. It's like if Average Joe's took over GloboGym, and never lost the small time attitude.

Phenomenal staff and management, truly some of the most friendly people in town, with a good mix of chill and humor. Super clean, plenty of space for the traffic, the showers are sooo nice, and the upgrade to the Black Card is pretty stellar. Just can’t say enough positive things about this place. Absolutely worth the price at any level.

It's a great value gym. You won't get the fun classes other places do. But you do get a huge lineup of treadmills, weights and other equipment. It just opened but you can tell they rushed the belated opening. Some walls are not quite done. Staff has been super friendly and helpful.

The gym is very clean (it's new, so I'm sure that's part of it). The staff are all super nice, but you can tell they are still learning since they've only been open a week. There will never be a shortage of cardio equipment. They also have rowers which is a huge plus for me!The locker room is huge, lots of stalls, lockers and showers. The tanning beds are brand new and high quality. They're the same beds Tan Republic charges for ~100+ dollars a month. The black card membership is worth it just for that! I'm not a huge gym head so I'm not bothered by their lunk alarm rules and other stuff they're known for (no yelling, no gallon water jugs, no risque attention-seeking clothing etc.) If you just like to work out and mind your own business, it's got enough equipment for you to do that. Just don't expect to do any Olympic lifts (snatches, deadlifts etc) Overall, I'm happy Planet Fitness has made its way to Bend.
