Okay I actually love the setup of pf, being able to use it everywhere. Great for van life. Unfortunately the cancellation process is the most outdated of any company I can recently remover using. Please be very aware of it before committing to this place.Edit: responding to the owners response, LOL do you actually read terms and conditions all the way through? Does anyone? I’ve put canceling this membership off over a month now because their only way to cancel is by mail. Like what? Ridiculous nonsense. Where I would have probably come back to planet fitness at many points in life, im going to avoid it like the plague now. Pretty gross way to do business honestly.

Good gym with a cheap membership, lot of different equipment and accessible hours. However, I tried to cancel my membership when I left the state and the wouldn’t take it over the phone and claimed I sent an “empty” cancel letter via certified mail. So I had to drive 11 hours back to Oregon to cancel it in person. I’ve met plenty of other people who cancel entire credit cards to get out of their memberships.

Lots of machines, and friendly, helpful staff. Also super happy to see that they now have a bike rack! Thank you PF for listening to your customers!

What a great all around gym.I am not a member but was on business for a week and needed a place to workout while in Bend.Jordan and the rest of staff hooked me right up. Great staff, friendly gym goers.I'll definitely return - maybe even start a regular membership in my home town.

Planet Fitness is such a great place to get your fitness groove on. You will find all levels of fitness there. Pedro's classes are great, he's very helpful and inspires you to do your best workout. The staff is awesome! I LOVE the tanning beds and the hydro massage beds! Look good, feel good!

Used to be the spot to hang late night on the weekends, now I've been forced back into the bar scene to find my stud. This is unacceptable. Being single in Bend is already hard enough. Give us a chance to find happiness and health at the same time, would ya? Sheesh.

If I could give 0 stars I would, crammed dirty gym with an atrocious layout. Manager was very confrontational as well and the whole experience left me rubbed the wrong way.

Scam. Rip-off artists. Don't join. They make you jump hurdles to quit your membership and depend on members who just keep paying but don't show up. If you're going to donate your money to a cause find one that is less offensive than these low-life shysters.

Someone from corporate needs to pay close attention to this location. Specifically the assistant manager Shannon. She has physically assaulted a member. Which has made others very uncomfortable. NOT A SAFE PLACE.

This whole closing on Sunday evening is an absolute, downright disservice to our fine local community right here in bend Oregon and I believe that we (we as in all membership holders) should be refunded in full plus interest on time of membership.
