No complaints! Love the classes, nice locker rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Massage chairs and extras are awesome! I'm having a blast working out there!!

If you want to cancel with planet fitness, you have to physically come in person or send them a signed mail letter. According to the front desk, “they don’t have an email or manager to receive any signed PDFs”…. So don’t sign up unless you really are committed because they will make is as inconvenient as possible to cancel!

I walked into an empty gym and begged the 3 staff members to allow me to use the bathroom.... begged! (having a small emergency) All looked into my eyes and said no, even the Asst. Mangr., cited policy, and refused. As a 10yr business owner in Bend myself I was mortified at the lack of human compassion from a local business...sell me a guest pass if you must follow procedure. So much for a "judgement free zone"My follow up call to discuss with the Asst. Mngr. elicited the same "it's our policy" response.

Friendly, greet you at the door. Not a Bend local, visiting from our of town. Gym clean, nice being able to get some exercise indoors when smokey outside.

I love going to this gym. I'd rather go in the evening when it's slower. Equipment is always clean and I appreciate I can always get on an elliptical. The staff is always kinda and knowledgeable.

Always clean, staff is nice and helpful. The trainer is great. If he sees you doing a exercise wrong or a better way of doing it, he will come help you.

I love this gym. I don't feel judged or anything when I come. Plus spending the little extra for the black card membership is worth it to get massage and tanning!

Was told they "dont do day passes"I travel alot for work and went to a planet fitness in Seattle a month ago and was told its $10 if you're from a different state and $20 if you're in state for a day pass, when I brought this up the gentleman said "we must be under a different franchise, in the 3 months ive been working here i dont believe we have done day passes". Its not exactly an issue as there are many gyms around just disappointing to have another thing added to a long work day.

Great gym, always clean, personable staff and equipment in excellent shape. And since it's a Planet Fitness, the price is unbeatable.

Its clean!!!!! People keep their masks on, because the staff insists and I really appreciate it. Its fast!!!! (get my workout in without the extraneous BS that distracts in most gyms). The equipment I need!!!! The staff is wonderful!!!!
