Visiting from CO, so this is not my normal studio. I called to say I wouldn't be able to make It to the 11am class because of the roads and where I was coming from. I told them I had already signed up for the 3:15pm class and politely asked them to remove me from the 11am class and not charge the $12 fee. The lady on the phone said "unfortunately there's nothing I can do about the fee." I know for a fact that is untrue because I have been to MULTIPLE studios where they have waived the $12 fee as long as you call them ahead of time and come to another class time that same day. This is absolutely ridiculous! Why am I paying the unlimited membership fee if they don't even value their unlimited members and understand that sometimes life happens and you shouldn't be charged $12 for that! I understand a fee for someone who continuously never shows up to the classes they booked, but come on, this is ridiculous.
