Over posh. Unpleasant staff. Rude. Especially when you try to cancel. They care more about $$$$$$ than your general well being. Their scheduling app is faulted. There are so many possible fees..again they care more about your wallet than your health.

Great workouts with mix of treadmill, rowing and floor, but different varieties every day. The instructors are awesome!

went to this place about a month ago; it's okay. I found the room kind of cold, which, even though you're sweating, it makes you feel yucky to be too cold and wet! The biggest complaint is their whole class scheduling process. One, you can NEVER get signed into a class that is at a popular time. Seems all the 'unlimited' members jump online and book every single class every day of that week that are not in off hours. That should not be allowed. Second is their cancellation policy. If you book a class, or call in to get reserved, if you cancel it (even within like an hour of having booked it) you lose your class! Lastly, it's EXPENSIVE as hell. There are just too many other gym choices that are more affordable. Don't waste your money.

Seeing orange? Certainly are after a 1 hour class with any of these trainers, but for all the right reasons. Sweat in my eyes, tired muscles, but with a smile at the end that I've accomplished it. Still learning my way around the equipment but the staff are helpful and eager to help. (Been attending for 1 month).

There are so many things I could say, but what I will first say is this: just try it. Just get yourself there and your experience will speak for itself! The atmosphere is empowering, encouraging and completely positive. It is effective, fun, & challenging for all levels of fitness and all ages. Being a member at OTF has made such a positive impact in my life and I’m excited to see how I can continue to push myself to be the best version of me I can be!*Just keep in mind this is coming from a 33yo who has NEVER regularly worked out in her life before now*

My favorite gym that I’ve been to. Been going to this location for just under 4 months and I have noticed a huge difference in my athletic ability. Also the best coaches! I love OTF Birmingham!

Workouts have a great variety and intensity, and the staff is awesome. Overall a very nice gym. I also like that you make appointments, because it helps me stick with it.

As much as I like working out here they are so inconsiderate about cancelling classes. They say the reason is to keep you modivated but just feels like they just want your money. Will definitely be looking at other gyms. Many people have left because of this reason.

Love the staff and trainers, they really seem genuinely interested in improving your overall performance. They are not pushy by any means and made me feel welcome from my first visit. Great set-up, great workout, and great trainers = vast improvements in conditioning and toning.
