If you go during the busy hours there are a lot of people there and it is fairly expensive so I took a star away. But I went to this gym for a few months and it was all in all a good experience. The trainers there are amazing! Andrew was the one I was linked up to and after every work out my muscles hurt the next couple of days. I switched to LA fitness because of a friend and they signing up had a free session with one of their personal trainers. He was nice, but left my joints aching the next day and my muscles feeling fine. I feel like this is the opposite of goals on top of that their personal trainers are more expensive. So if you are looking for a nice gym with a very capable training it fits the bill but try not to go during peak hours. With regards to quitting, they want a month's heads up. Otherwise I went there in person and it was like breaking up with an boyfriend who thinks they are the best you'll ever get. They have confidence in what they are selling, but were never rude.

I was inappropriately and terrifyingly harassed by a male member of this gym. I immediately shouted out for help with no assistance from the several gym employees around. None of the subsequent conversations with several trainers, and ultimately the gym manager, ended satisfactory in my eyes as the victim. I felt they treated the situation as if it was not a serious problem. They didn't know how to handle instances of harassment and they did not stick by their commitment to prevent, halt, or hold this man responsible for his actions with severe consequences (I.E. removing this man's membership). Do not attend this gym--dangerous man still attending this location.

Great gym, being upgraded to onyx level and I willBe grandfathered in to continue going there so that’s great. Girls in the life cafe are a bit spacey though- just ordered a body builder shake with chocolate protein and got vanilla and no banana

The equipment is not well maintained. The staff says it is old-this was the original club 20 years ago. Nevertheless, what does it take to make sure that each machine has the 'half-step' plate? What does it take to make sure to replace handles that are broken? What does it take to clean and lube the equipment? What does it take to make sure that there is a storage rack for all the different bars and attachments for the machines? Why is there just on inclined bench press bench?Don't even think about spinning. There are 50 bikes crammed into the smallest space you could imagine and to get to it, you have to walk through an area used for aerobics and yoga. Naturally that affects scheduling.Enough of the smiles when you walk in the door and more of the actual action that shows you really understand customer service.2/2018I can’t believe I wrote the above review 5-6 years ago. The Eagan Lifetime is an absolute jewel. To often a facility is judged on its physical appearance. This club has a certain ‘soul’ that fantastic. Machines and equipment are cleaned and maintained. Worn parts are replaced and broken devices are replaced. Locker rooms are continually cleaned and soap and other consumables continually refilled. There are programs for everyone, including an excellent outdoor cycling group. The club recognized the need for improved spinning and built a new spinning studio that is accessed much more easier. There is an excellent rock climbing program.

Generally, I like this gym. The equipment is up-to-date, the classes are challenging, the training staff is nice and there is some room to play basketball, go swimming, attend a studio cycle class and etc. The cafe has pretty good food and the child care center is a good option for parents who want to work out.But there are drawbacks: the club is relatively small compared to other clubs with similar price-points.The free-weight area is always crowded from 5-8:30 in the evening and from about 6-8 in the morning. They need to fix this -- either by expanding or changing the layout of the club. The club has a number of free classes that offer an intense workout but so often the club markets fee-driven classes (and, worse, emphasizes those classes, with trainers playing music and kind of yelling at participants). It's not a huge deal but if you don't pay attention to the challenging workout classes that are free, you may wind up in a fee-specific class. On the whole, I like the club but there is room for improvement.

They have very loud swim child swim courses serveral times a day, everyday. The machines are deserved for this class or that class. So during peak hours, good luck. Also people take towels and set them on several machines at a time "reserving" them.Needless to say this makes utilizing the equipment that is available very difficult. It's a lot too pay for access only durning terrible off hours.

I have been a faithful member of the Eagan club for over 20 years now. This was only the second LTF club ever built so the facility is a bit smaller than most. They offer a good variety of equipment and workout programs that meet most everyone's needs. The locker room and workout floor can get pretty crowded during peak times! The staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

I like the club but fix your vending machines they don't work and haven't been for two weeks or more. Please fix your machines !!! And check your applications because I applied twice and haven't heard back and replace the guy for Sunday's at 8 he is a bit rude and isn't nice to customers. I had said I was interested in personal training and no one cared. Also, the personal training sessions are so expensive I don't have that money all the time. Hard to get hired here. Also people aren't being welcoming anymore and discrimination against disabilities I used to get a hi how are you today? Now there's nothing no goodbye or have a good workout . If I worked here I'd say that to people

My partner and I have been a member for 3 years and love the facility and staff. Our daughter uses the daycare and it feels like family. She is 3 years old and consistently talks about her friends at the gym. We've utilized all the services and amenities, from basketball, spin, yoga, 90 day challenge, personal training, the pool, the cafe, the upstairs free weights and cardio, holiday events such as Spooktacular and the Christmas event, and never have been disappointed or let down. All the one star reviews are from people complaining about the cancellation policy. Which means they aren't members at this point, which makes their review irrelevant. Any complaint I've read about the staff not being friendly is simply false. Maybe try being positive and get to know some people in your community and you'll see the good people right in front of you.Kelly, Amber, Cassie, Max, Nate, Hailey, Amanda, Chet, Darrold, Jenna, Kristin, Destiny, Scott, Dave, Missy, Hannah, Nicole, Rachel, Laura, Hunter, Silas, Samaira, Bob, and Natalie are just some of the people (there are many others I'm forgetting) who I have gotten to know, and have gotten to know me, and my family as well. All are very hospitable, friendly, and good at what they do.

The staff is not amicable. Customer service is below par for what you pay for this brand of Fitness center. Instead of trying to help customers with their needs, they are always trying to sell more and always overlook your needs. They have a new way to make money by charging you for any changes you make to your membership/subscription profile. In today's day and age, everything is digital - and I want to remind you Liftime Fitness, that it is unreasonable to charge $15-$30 (paperwork fee!) for changes or adjustments that customer needs. That being said, the managers do not respond to your emails. Being in the service industry let me remind you that your top priority should be customers. And for that reason, emails, phone calls, etc shouldn't be left unanswered. It has been weeks and I have not received a response to my email from the manager.Do you want us to pay the $15-$30 fee for electronic (email) requests as well, in order to get a response?
