This place is a body builders dream and moving in the valley compares to it. I’ve tried all the other local gyms and chains (axiom, Idaho fitness, and anytime fitness). BIG trumps all of them because it’s rarely ever crowded and there’s always a machine open that you need. Highly recommend.

This Gym is The Best i’ve ever been!! It has all the machine you can think of; allowing variations to the same movement to change your workout from time to time, or find your fave!! I get to try machines i can only see on the internet not available where i train, only fraction of the selection what is available here… I’m visiting friends here so unable to train here for long.. :( the atmosphere is great!! Everyone is helpful and friendly!!! Love it here!!!
