I had a great experience with Gym Outfitters. Julian was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have been an easier process, and I feel confident in the purchase I made based on the support received.

What great customer service! My treasured Stair Master needed repair and the technician (Asui) not only did the work but when it was clear another part was needed, he went above and beyond to expedite the process and fix it right away. Quality work and affordable prices! I highly recommend them!

This company is professional and customer-oriented. Julian, the sales contact, and Asui, the service manager are the stars. Together they make the operation work. I purchased a stationary bike and, later, a stair stepper from them. Initially, the bike had some control issues which Asui fixed. I noticed that the specs said the stair stepper was a half inch wider than the room doorway. Julian assured me that they would be able to deliver it. Asui made it happen. My wife and I are happy customers.

I really want to give a "two thumbs up" to Zak for his leadership ability, and also his very positive and downright excellent approach to his job! It started with the smooth and simple coordination through Julian and Zak and Chase moved our heavy Nordic Track treadmill across Eagle without hesitation. We ended up having to loosen the bolts again to move the treadmill to another room the next day and Zac came over again with a great attitude. Zak and Asui , whom Zak refers to as "The Magician" made it happen in a matter of minutes! The bolts on Nordic Track treadmills are rounded so Asui wound up having to methodically cut one of the bolts so that a flathead could twist it- he made it look easy!!! Thank you Zak, Asui, Chase, Julian and Michelle for all your help- excellent work👍🏻👍🏻

I would not buy from anywhere else - online or box store. You cannot match the service that you get from this team. I am so glad I purchased my Octane Fitness ZR8 Zero Runner with Gym Outfitters. I found the machine out of town for a lower price however Gym Outfitters matched it. I received follow up emails from Michelle after the purchase. When I had a problem with the machine, I called up Michelle and within a few days the machine was replaced. The second machine had the same problem and Michelle and her team contacted Octane for me and resolved the issue better than I could have done myself. If you want the best service in the exercise equipment industry, buy from Gym Outfitters. They have earned my business for as long as I'm here in Boise.

We visited the store on Saturday, the staff was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure their recommendations were going to meet our needs. I called back today (Monday) to make our purchase and set up delivery. I could not be happier with our experience. I highly recommend Gym Outfitters!
