I could not have been more impressed with the degree of customer service I received from Gym Outfitters. When I asked to replace a machine I had just purchased due to mechanical issues, it was done the very same day with no questions asked. The attitude was friendly, not defensive and clearly indicated a desire to "do the right thing". I would highly recommend Gym Outfitters to anyone looking for gym equipment.

Absolutely love the staff and environment. Have never been let down and everything is as they at it is. Sales staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer is fully informed of the equipment and how to use it properly. Service is great staff is great environment is great and equipment is great what more could you want

NEVER GO HERE. Owner tries to rip you off with equipment that doesn't work properly and then makes you pay for the repair. He also uses intimidation and gets upset very easily. Worst experience ever.

We have gone to Gym Outfitters for the last few purchases of exercise equipment, and have no regrets! The quality of their product offering is great, and they stand behind what they sell. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We will always recommend them over the big-box or chain sporting goods stores!

Sketchy and shady owner that rips people off. We purchased equipment that "worked great" and "all the pieces are there you need to put it together" but then in process realized it was missing countless pieces that the owner would not give to complete without charging us. Ridiculous. There is a reason most of his old employees work for boise fitness equipment now. Recommend boise fitness equipment over them any day.

I love the friendly family atmosphere with the two dogs running around and the parrot in the corner, you can tell that it is a fun place to work. My experience was great, no pressure at all but any questions I had were promptly answered. They worked with my a little on price on a piece of used equipment that I really wanted but was just outside of my budget. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

This place is great-- a friendly and knowledgeable staff, great prices, and attention to detail. I love that they offer BOTH new and used equipment, and that the used equipment has been serviced expertly. Huge selection of vendors to try out. They even do a great job maintaining the blog on their website, updating it frequently with helpful fitness articles! You can't go wrong with Gym Outfitters.

Service was very good and I enjoyed the selection of used equipment. The staff answered all my questions and gave me a great price. Normally they close at 6, but when I called ahead they agreed to stay open until 6:30 and showed me the equipment until I was ready to make a purchase at 7:30! Delivery was fast and easy!
