I recently bought a treadmill from Gym Outfitters. I worked with Suhrob, but also had interaction with the owner and front desk staff. They were all very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had considered buying a treadmill online since I was interested in something used, but didn’t feel comfortable with my knowledge level of equipment or knowing what would be best for my studios usage. I appreciated Gym Outfitters knowledge and their ability to help me select something that would be appropriate for what I needed. I felt like I got a good deal on a great commercial unit that will last me for years. They were also great to work with on delivery. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used fitness equipment.

I bought a fairly expensive home gym from these guys late last year. About the time I received it I started p.t. and didn't begin to use the unit until now. The leg extension/curl apparatus turned out to not have a good range of motion and sucked to change over from extension to curl and is non-ergonomic in design.The other exercise stations work great. I told Julian about my concern. In my case, he is giving me my money back against a better system, no restock charges. He understands that i am in recovery and haven't used it. Plus, I'm retired and on a fixed income.. I can't even describe how pleased I am with their service. He has gone above and beyond. I'm excited and optimistic to get my new system in. Thank you Gym outfitters.

Gym Outfitters has been my go to since building my garage gym. They have the best equipment and best customer service. I can’t say enough nice things about Julian. It’s hard in today’s world to find quality service that Julian gives. Gym Outfitters is so lucky to have him. The company gave us wonderful assistance and the service was great! Marty, Anthony and John got a workout if their own getting our new elliptical machine into our house and setting it up! I can’t say enough good things!

Very friendly and knowledgeable in store sales staff. Great selection, and if it’s not on their floor it seems like they can get access to it.I purchased and had a large, complicated unit and some other items delivered to my home. The equipment techs got everything in place, put together and set up for me in hours. Great overall experience.
