Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and care from Boise Gym Outfitters. Thank you Michelle for answering all of my (many) questions and help with picking the right elliptical machine. Delivery went off perfectly and was done on Christmas Eve. Most highly recommended!

Absolute best service, we have bought multiple items and sold multiple items through Gym Outfitters. Both for our personal gym and commercial gym. Every interaction and experience has been great. They have gone above and beyond to service us, even in our small home gym or when we need help with our commercial gym they treated us the same.

Went into Gym Outfitters to buy a Concept Rower and Air Dyne Pro exercise bike. When I went into the store there was no one in the store but one sales clerk. As he was showing me the Air Dyne Pro bike , I told him I wanted to buy this bike. Sales clerk looked at the door as a couple had walked in. He did not say a word to me and walked off and helped the couple. I will NOT be back and instead went home and ordered the Air Dyne Pro and Concept Rower from Rogue Fitness. It was the same price including shipping and taxes as Gym Outfitters. Buying local is not always the best option when the customer service is so lousy!

Picked up a Concept rower (literally got it same day... awesome!) and could not be more happy with the service I received. Quick, easy, and so helpful! I’m so happy to spend my money and support this company right here in Boise than Amazon! They even gave me a small discount for being a veteran. Will recommend to anyone looking for quality gym equipment! Thank you!

Want to shout out a huge THANK YOU to Julian Aguirre for finding us a great Elliptical. Told him what we were looking for and when one came in, he called to inform us. Gym Outfitters is the only place I will go for all of my fitness studio and gym equipment as well as my home gym equipment. Their customer service and attention to detail is by far the best in the industry!

Bought a Concept2 rower here instead of Amazon. Price was the same without any added shipping and I got to buy one local. They have models of everything they sell in their showroom including the rowers. I was able to give it a quick once over before purchase. I've had the rower a few days and so far no issues. Easy transaction, convenient location in the middle of town. I looked around a little and they seem to have anything and everything you would want for a home gym or professional gym. Lots of nice spinner bikes too.
