I used to go to the State Street location but when I moved this one was closer so I switched and was worried I wouldn't like it. Everyone is super nice, the staff are very helpful and it's always clean. They have all the equipment I need, and I've learned the best times of day to go with the least amount of people lol. Though the other people who go have all been very friendly.

Staff is super rude at this location.Update/Edit: Idaho Fitness Factory never called back nor attempted to get back in touch. Blatantly lying to protect your public ‘image’. I would have been understanding had you called back with an apology and what happened, but you didn’t. I have left voicemails for this location in the past and they never responded to me nor acknowledged my message(s) left.

Never have I been to a gym that is this clean. The manager here keeps this place on point. She's definitely doing a great job! A came from crunch gym, and it was always horribly kept... This is a nice change.
