Brad's the man and has done a great job of cultivating a friendly and respectful culture that still gets after it on the mats. Whether you're completely new or a more seasoned grappler you'll always leave with a sharper game than you came in with.

I have never done any type of training in Jiu Jitsu before, but I would highly recommend this establishment! I participated in the beginner 5 week course that they offer and I appreciated the teachings style of Coach Brad and Coach Daryl. They even have an area for kids if you can’t find a babysitter for the class! I have gained confidence in my abilities to defend myself from the fundamentals I learned and look forward to continuing my training with Process.

I went to check out the Saturday yoga class today. Daryl was great! I got a lot from it, but it was also very relaxing. It was exactly what I needed from a weekend yoga course. I will definitely be back! Thank you. :)UPDATE: Since my first visit I have been back regularly for both yoga and Ladies' Jiu Jitsu night. As a total beginner to jiu jitsu, I have felt very welcomed and comfortable in all the classes I've been to. Both Daryl and Brad are excellent coaches that have made the classes accessible to someone with no experience, while making sure that more experienced students are getting value from the classes at the same time. I particularly enjoy the yoga classes, and have found I'm making a lot of progress in areas I'd been stuck in for years--such as working towards crow pose and headstands. Going by the gym has become one of the highlights of my week. I've even had some friends that started going with me after hearing how much I was enjoying it, and I know they have really enjoyed it as well.

Had a killer training session here with Coach Brad. I dropped in while in town and he made time for me, had a great session, and learned a lot. Highly recommended!

I did Process' 5 week introductory course and was very pleased with the curriculum and environment. I have decided to continue my training with Coach Brad to see how far I can advance. I looked at a few other places in town before meeting Coach Brad and wasn't impressed right from the start with them but very happy with Coach Brad's approach. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend Process Jiu-Jitsu and Yoga! Coach Brad and Coach Daryl have the experience and patience to teach beginners, and the skills to teach those at more advanced levels. The five week starter class is a great introduction for anyone interested in a solid foundation in jiu-jitsu. I appreciate the attention to detail during lessons, the responses to questions, and the incorporation of separate yoga classes to improve flexibility and reduce injury. If you have had a bad experience learning jiu jitsu from someone else in the past, this is the place to restart your journey.
