Having no outside combat sport experience, I am very new to the world of BJJ as a hobby. The community that coach Brad has built up is second to none, and I would recommend Process to anyone who is on the fence about an “MMA gym.” The classes at Process are entirely practical, and it doesn’t have that typical vibe you find in gyms where people are always looking for someone to throw hands. Every class I have gone to I have found that my class mates are spending quality time making sure that I’m receiving positive feedback to ensure that I’m building proper habits. It’s a sport where you want to have good training partners, so having people around who genuinely have your best interest at heart makes the environment a lot more inviting for someone without any experience.Tonight I took my first hatha yoga class, and I did my first handstand! I’m excited to see how combining both practices will improve my overall well being.

By far the most comfortable and welcoming gym!! The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! They do an awesome job making sure anyone there training, are being the best training partner they can be! Everyone I have rolled with, despite their belt color and experience, have been so helpful and communicative throughout my learning journey. This place feels like a community who are always cheering each other on, learning, and growing together which has been such a great experience. If you’ve debated on starting jiujitsu, this would be the gym I’d recommend starting at! The care and knowledge that goes into training here has been so amazing.

I moved to Boise in 2020 after training for 6 years or so. It took me a while to get back into it and find the right school. I am thankful to have found Process BJJ. Brad is the best instructor I have had by far and I came from a really great school beforehand. Brad is an expert with a lot of knowledge and experience and breaks down techniques and concepts exceptionally well. The school is great and everyone is super cool and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to learn and train!

I met Brad When I took a trial class 6 years ago. When he opened up his new space I was excited to sign up. Brad is kind, patient, attentive and fun. He has cultivated a tight knit and welcoming culture that keeps me looking forward to every training session. I have both my daughters in kids classes which they love. Jui Jitsu has become my favorite thing to do mainly because of Brad and the environment he created. Can’t recommend Process enough.

Best jiu jitsu gym I’ve been to! Coach Brad is so thoughtful and teaches with a lot of intention with the choice techniques and principles as well as the structure of the glass to drill and roll with a goal in mind for improvement. The atmosphere is so friendly, gym is super clean, and great for a beginner like me. Coach Daryl also teaches yoga here for such a holistic approach to jiu jitsu, injury prevention, and I love the combination of both. Highly recommend people check out this gym!

Gifted instructor, excellent training partners of all skill levels and body types, spotless facilities, and a culture that encourages competition and community alike. My only regret is that I didn't begin my bjj journey here. Brad sets up each class with real world context which makes a world of difference in understanding the fundamentals that underpin each technique. If you're new, come here and develop a solid foundation that'll set you up for a lifetime of practice. If you're experienced, swing on thru, meet some really cool people, pick Brad's brain, and you just might find a crew you want to stay plugged in with.

I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and inviting Jiu Jitsu gym to have joined. The coaches are so knowledgeable and approachable. There is a huge sense of community amongst all the members. Plus the classes are challenging and fun, which makes you want to come back for more. Whether you’re a competitor or a hobbyist, Process will fill all you Jiu Jitsu needs.

Coach Brad was the first jujitsu coach that I ever had. He is very kind, technical and breaks things down in an easy to understand systematic way. I still use techniques that he taught me to this day. Awesome instructor who will take your game to the next level! Whether its your first day on the mats or you have years of experience, he can help you.

Coach Brad has put together an incredible team at Process Jiu Jitsu and Yoga. I was super fortunate to have learned from each of them, but the time and attention that I received from coach Brad allowed me to develop my jiu jitsu game much faster than I ever anticipated. Through classes and private lessons, he took the time to really learn my goals, strengths and weaknesses, and really help me grow both personally and through this great art. Anyone looking to start or improve their jiu jitsu would really benefit from Process Jiu Jitsu and Yoga!

Accessible jujitsu for everyone. Super clean and family oriented facility. Classes are diverse with members from all walks of life. They also have yoga to work on your flexibility too. Classes are taught in an easy to understand manner, step by step, with patience and willingness to teach. Lots of open mat time and training partners to go as hard as you want to.
