If you have been thinking of whether or not to start jiu jitsu or looking to jump back in, Process is 100% the place to start. Coach Brad and Daryl make it incredibly comfortable and deeply care for the sport while also providing a competitive environment for those who are ready. From someone who is only 2 months in, come check it I promise out you won’t regret it!

Coach Brad and Daryl have done such an amazing job building such a welcoming place.Parents, the kids class is tremendous.Adults looking to join, you will find welcoming place that teaches Jiu Jitsu in an easy to understand manner. I have long been a fan of the way Coach Brad is a true student of the art and enjoys sharing it with all that come through the doors. The 5-week introductory course is highly recommended and will ensure you quickly find the joy in the sport. The academy is clean, professional, and has a great vibe to it.+10 points for having such cool merch.

The atmosphere is excellent. The head coach (Brad), is very thorough with his technique and a great class setup (not to mention a great person).I was only there for a couple weeks but instantly fell in love with the gym. Had to leave due to a living situation.

Great gym for all levels of Jiu Jitsu. I got out of training for a year or so and Brad and all the members were very welcoming. I decided to hop in the 5 week beginner course which was a great way to learn some fundamental processes and techniques. A lot of gyms have a trial by fire approach which can definitely be helpful, but I felt like Brad's broken down lessons helped me much more. Great gym, great people, definitely recommend!

Process Jiu Jitsu is exactly what you want in a BJJ gym. I travel to Boise regularly to visit family and work; and like getting a chance to drop into classes to train while I’m away from home. Brad, who owns the gym invited me to come in for a class, and was incredibly welcoming. I was about an hour late (should have checked the schedule 😂) but Brad stayed, rolled with me for multiple rounds and hung out for well over an hour after the class had ended.Brad is a credit to the Jiu Jitsu community, and has developed an excellent culture to continue building his gym upon. Great guy, great gym, and I look forward to visiting again when I’m in town.Thank you again, Brad! Appreciate your time and knowledge.
