My daughter has been going to SBG for 7 months and she loves it. The coaches are very professional and the program is perfect for younger kids. The coaches are on the mats rolling with the kids and showing them the right way to do things to better their skills. The homework (Life skills) the kids get I believe make them a better person in and out of the gym. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for top notch Knowledge.

Great gym, coaches and members. Having a blast. As a white collar professional this gym has allowed me to go from meeting champion who sits all day to back in shape with restored energy for life. Last bit - as a person who specializes in contracts, the negative review complaining about stipulations is an idoit. The staff is very accomdating. In my experiences the staff will work with you around vacations and offer extensions (they don't have to do this. It is a big win). Read the terms and understand what you are signing up for. This gym is a class act. Could not recommend more.

Be aware of the contract you sign!! I signed up for classes and ended up having to leave the state for work, so I never got to take classes. They are still taking my money feels like I got robbed. There was nothing that made very clear during any of the signing up process that this was going to happen. I got called into work and have to leave earlier than expected, and no I never have ever said I’m “100% coming back to train” I thought this would be a good experience, and I will never go back to combat fitness as of now. I’ve never seen a company ran like this before. With that being said just make sure you’re careful when signing up because the company doesn’t understand that things come up in life.

Everyone is very knowledgable, nice, and they want to help you improve everytime you come in and train. If you are even a little interested in training martial arts I would highly suggest going in and check out the gym. It's the most fun way to get into shape.

I moved to idaho 3 years ago and started training at sbg shortly thereafter. The staff and coaching at SBG Idaho have been amazing. My son has been working through their kids jiu jitsu program for the past two years and I am very grateful for their time and effort with him. If you're an adult looking to get in shape or you have children that need a healthy activity this is the place you want to be. Thank you to all of the staff for sharing your passion with the community in boise.

I've known Jesse for over 8 years as his chiropractor and have gotten to know his character. He is the most down to earth and genuine person you will meet. Been training with him now for over 6 months and nothing but great things to say about his coaching, the facility, and the rest of the people who work and train there.

staff are friendly, car salesman approach to membership, I left the state on a project assuming my account was frozen, came back to a notice from a collection agency. be aware of predatory contract, otherwise they are ok.

I would have been training here almost 2 years if it wasn't for a bit and run and other life challenges so far in a year give or take a couple more months I have lost a total of 50 lbs yeah they are a bit bossy but they push you and guide you to meet or exceed your goals I love everything about this gym the atmosphere no one makes fun of you I know when I first came in at 300lbs I had alot to prove. I'm not new to martial arts I fought underground for years then retired Jesse Brock is teaching me the proper way to do MMA he has been an amazing coach to me and I will continue training here even after I go pro one day but like he always tells me show up be consistent and everything will fall into place I'll be back soon coach thank you 😊 all the coaches are great!!!!

I have been training here for over 3 years now and feel really lucky to have found this place. It’s a big gym that feels like a small gym where culture is inclusive, friendly and fun. I came in not knowing anyone or anything, and ended up making some of my best friends. They have a solid beginners program so you don’t get lost or thrown in over your head. The coaches are patient, kind, knowledgeable and generous with their time. I have the opportunity to roll with a diverse group of people from high level black belts to those just starting out and I can honestly say anyone would feel welcome here.
