The whole experience was excellent! I worked with Julien to sell a treadmill. Marty and Jon picked it up really fast and were extremely careful. It took about a month to sell and I'm very pleased with the outcome. This is a great store to work with!

My father in law purchased a TuffStuff bench from them as a gift for our Son. Part of the sale was them promoting TuffStuff's in home lifetime warranty. After a few uses the leg developer attachment broke on a weld. Contacted Gym Outfitters who was very dismissive and rude about the situation. Contacted TuffStuff who said contact Gym Outfitters. Expensive piece of equipment that is now useless, just like the promoted warranty. Although they deny it here they have a clear record of his purchase, and other than challenging them on their ethical business responsibility, there has been no harrassment on my part. Beware of this dealer.

People should be fired for giving away business to your competition before even asking what I need or if there's a sale to be made. Coming from a salesperson and entrepreneur I feel bad for the owners who don't teach their customer facing staff. One small helpful task could create a large future customer.
